  2. QUOTE(Kid Gleason @ Dec 12, 2007 -> 02:37 PM) Anybody see this? I guess Journey found their new vocalist on You Tube: http://www.ticketnews.com/Journey-Turns-to...-Singer01271098 And here is a link to the guy with his band: http://youtube.com/watch?v=6HjcCzgCCX0 http://youtube.com/watch?v=90PGQPjIDEA&feature=related (This one is "Don't Stop Believing" and it's all close-up of the vocalist. The guy is REALLY good.) What happend to Jeff Scott Soto?
  3. That's what i meant. If you have a long post explaining something interesting than ok fine. But lot of Loong post are crap. My style is mostly short. I got ripped for it, that's all. Thanks Yas, Hope everything is ok with you, long time no talk
  4. My Lord, A lot of New Adm. Here. Thanks NorthSide. I think I make my Point. Don't neeed loooong posts.
  5. Livan in the Cell?? No man, he gives up a s*** load of homers
  6. QUOTE(29andPoplar @ Dec 10, 2007 -> 04:29 PM) Yet another stellar contribution. At least it wasn't your usual Just Say NO to (insert player). What's there to contribute Rook??? What do I have to explain myself why I woulnd't want the Sox to sign him? Or add all these stupid Playstation Stats?? I go to the Point. PASS, He Sucks. Next
  7. QUOTE(29andPoplar @ Dec 10, 2007 -> 01:36 PM) Thought it was interesting, though not shocking, the Brewers DFA'd OF Kevin Mench today. Brew Crew would've been on the hook for a few mill had they elected to keep him. He never did quite fit in up there. Mench is one year away from free agency and is probably looking for a one year deal. While it does not appear there's a fit with the White Sox, don't be surprised if you hear rumblings. They've liked this guy in the past. Although they like Carlos Quentin a lot, his 100% readiness for April is not assured, plus there are the nagging health issues of Dye and Thome. Not meant to turn this into the typical "he sucks" "no he doesn't" debate, just noting he was DFA'd and he might be someone the Sox will take a flier on. Pass
  8. : I mean people make up good ones here LOL!!!!! A lot of these are rejected on Playstation, But they make me laugh on a Slow day at work
  9. QUOTE(WHITESOXRANDY @ Dec 5, 2007 -> 05:08 PM) just released. He's only 25 and 2 years removed from a monster season. Might be worth a pickup - plays all infield positions. Not great D but might be good platoon with Richar and utility backup. Great bat, wonder if he's a juicer. Anybody ? NO GRACIAS
  10. Why wouldn't you want Capuano? He had a bad season but he's a decent pitcher
  11. Wish the Sox would have signed Ramon Castro as a Backup.
  12. Hey guys sorry to post this here, But i'm ok. Not much time anymore. Moved from where i lived to another part of the island last september, actually moved in with the GF. Work take up a lot of my time and i have a long commute to work. Things down here aren't very good, we didn't have witerball either, but i guess I'm ok. Sorry for being such a stranger sometimes, i'll try and log in from work from time to time. Take care and i hope you all had a nice thanks giving. Sorry for posting this on this thread
  13. QUOTE(NCsoxfan @ Nov 20, 2007 -> 06:06 PM) Call me crazy, but I would much rather take a chance on a younger and faster Corey Patterson for 3-4 years at $15-25 million than Hunter, Rowand or Jones that would cost more than twice as much. Buying high for Hunter or Rowand makes no sense financially given the years that each of them has left in their prime. Patterson may not be as consistent, but this is exactly the kind of guy who could end up putting all-star numbers with a contract that would allow other needs to be filled. SAY NO TO PATTERSON
  14. I like the Cabrera Trade. Very Good #2 hitter and dependable with the glove. Sould help Fields out and Richar. Hi guys, Long time no see
  15. QUOTE(Hideaway Lights @ Dec 20, 2006 -> 02:05 PM) If the white sox make no more moves in the offseason, they will win the AL Central, even if Detroit wins 90+ games. I vote false. I am scared of going through Garland-like growing pains with B-Mac, which are very likely to happen. Very few starters come in and have instant season-long success at the major league level. Vazquez can't pitch in the AL, imo. Everyone else was inconsistent in '05. I have no idea what their plans are for Gavin Floyd. We'll score enough again, but will we pitch well enough? No, not as is. This team is looking like an 86 game winner at this point. Somebody reassure me. TRUE
  16. Say No! Bernie is on his lst leg. Bernie is a good guy and all, but his time has passed
