  1. QUOTE(JimH @ Jun 7, 2006 -> 09:08 PM) Yes he did, he induced the ground ball. The guy wouldn't have scored if he wouldn't have walked him either. BTW isn't your sig way big? It's huge. I'm not the only one with a large sig, but I don't think it's of astronomical proportions. I guess Jose should strike EVERYONE out from now on, and then he won't get any blame when his infielders pull little leaguers.
  2. QUOTE(JimH @ Jun 7, 2006 -> 09:05 PM) He also walked Granderson who ultimately scored. Bad play by Crede, Contreras started it by walking the guy. He also did his job and induced a simple ground out. Granderson never scores if Crede doesn't pull a Little Leaguer.
  3. With all the errors he's got this year, he's going to be hard-pressed to say he deserves that Gold Glove over Chavez this year.
  4. QUOTE(greg775 @ Jun 7, 2006 -> 09:03 PM) Are you really that mad at Crede or is this how these threads go every night? Crede is a god. Jose Contreras is a God. Joe Crede isn't.
  5. As if Jose hasn't been screwed over enough by the defense this year.
  6. A little too late now, Joe. Glad you decided to show up for work a little late.
  7. Nice strike out. But we're not out of the woods yet. Magglio Ordonez is tough. Ay ay ay.
  8. QUOTE(Greg The Bull Luzinski @ Jun 7, 2006 -> 07:58 PM) I will consider it. He still sort of acted like a little b**** as he was falling apart saying he deserved to be the closer. Well, sure, but at least he didn't leave like Howry. We'd all be frustrated if we went from lights-out to falling apart due to a disease that doctors are having trouble understanding. It's your list, surely, I'm just suggesting. -------------- It's high time Thome starts earning his paycheck!
  9. Hey Greg, I'd recommend that you remove Billy Koch from that list. He didn't light the world on fire with us like he had in Oakland, but he was likely suffering from that Mystery Muscle Disorder that's ravaged him, and, in my view, he at least had some reason to have fallen to pieces unlike others who just didn't have much talent.
  10. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Jun 7, 2006 -> 07:52 PM) DL, he's been hurting all year. He's also facing domestic abuse charges or something like that. So social retardation runs in their family, between him and his brother, is what you're saying? That was a disgrace with Gooch and Thome. They're almost as bad as Pierzynski right now at batting in runs.
  11. Looks like this series is going to send all of the kitties to the Zoo.
  12. BUT IT'S A WITCHHUNT LOLOLOLOLZ!
  13. This should be good, what with Contreras and Verlander both being filthy.
  14. QUOTE(WinningUgly85 @ Jun 7, 2006 -> 03:42 AM) I am so sick of hearing about steriods. :puke I honestly say that this is the McCarthy era of baseball and no I do not mean Brandon. You're a beautiful mind, mate. LOLOLZ JOSEF MCCARTHY LOLOLZ!
  15. QUOTE(santo=dorf @ Jun 7, 2006 -> 08:19 AM) It's pretty bad when the titles of your article is a pun of a flop WWE movie. Pee No Evil? I thought that was a play on the phrase, "See no evil...." You're probably looking into something that isn't there.
  16. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Jun 7, 2006 -> 08:50 AM) BTW congrats to Juan and his new child.
  17. QUOTE(MSHAWKS @ Jun 7, 2006 -> 08:46 AM) On another note, reports out of Bani say that Juan Uribe's newborn baby has a spastic swing and he can't lay off ball four. :headshake
  18. I knew something was up with his angles, and I'm glad that it has more to do with experimenting than with injury. Provided it's not as scary as his last outing, I love it.
  19. QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ Jun 6, 2006 -> 11:22 PM) Kazuhito Tadano. And there is a difference between coming out and being recognized in a gay porn movie you did in college for a little extra cash.
