Frazier, Bryant, and Escobar all would have been better upgrades to play second. I’m saying if they were going “all in” with the Kimbrel trade then go all in with the second base addition. Hernandez doesn’t move the needle as much as those guys IMO. I know Frazier hasn’t been that great since the trade.

I don’t really understand this sentiment, I would argue that first base is a harder position to play and is usually involved almost every play (minus strikeouts). Left field helps limit the amount of times Eloy can be involved in the play. He’s a DH in LF.
