I hope she's fired. *The infant was supposed to be in a parent's lap, while their other son had the third seat. The other son wasn't there, so Delta naturally treated it like a no-show and gave the seat to a new passenger. The reality is you're not simply buying a seat - you're buying a seat for a specific person. If he wanted the third seat to get switched from the missing son to his baby in a car seat, he should have arranged that.
