  1. Welp can't imagine a worse start for the bears
  2. don't want that ~media circus~!!
  3. If the Bears lose this week, I could see a downward spiral where the only game they win the remainder of the decade if not century
  4. oh cool I only have a few hundred nights in that timespan I'm probably good. tweet headline doesn't mention it but they could have your passport # too if that was tied to your reservation or user account.
  5. Pratt was definitely going into journalism e: ha I wasn't the only one with the same idea
  6. Replace depressing with awesome
  7. He's a borderline starter IMO but no teams ever even bringing him in for tryouts will be an interesting part of his ongoing lawsuit. He's more than qualified to be a backup and there are much worse people who have actually done bad things in the NFL today.
  8. I still think that Pace bid against himself, but consider a more obvious overpay: If the Bears traded the next 20 years of 1st round draft picks and then SF blew every single one of those picks, it was still a bad trade for the Bears unless you think the Bears GM would make the same bad/blown picks. You can only compare the value of the picks at the time the trade was made and what we can determine about what other offers/options were out there, not after-the-fact knowledge. You want to evaluate if Pace made a good or the best decision at the time with the information that was knowable then. I'm glad Mitch is progressing and hopefully he continues to get better!
  9. yeah, it mainly seems to be by/for highly paid tech and finance guys. it also helps if you're like the insufferably smug Mr. Money Mustache guy who makes six figures from his blog.
  10. the 49ers using those picks stupidly doesn't necessarily make the deal better from Pace's end
  11. Team celebrations are dumb and I can't get enough of them
  12. I wish that Daniels had Jeffries to throw too still!
  13. gonna need some defensive or ST scores to win I think
  14. Sounds like it started with a domestic dispute between the murderer and a doctor there. So many of these shooters have histories like this.

  19. if u think about it my gun that I carry everywhere because I am terrified of the world around me actually saves the lives of everyone within a two mile radius every hour, so that's millions saved just by one gun!
