I'm really hoping it's not Terra Nova 2. On a cable network these shows could be great but on network TV they just want procedurals and that's when the stories really start to suffer and become cheesy. I'd rather be told a drawn out story over 13 hours than 24 separate stories in 24 hours. Unless you're able to find a cool angle like Lost it just doesn't work for me.

Yeah I was gonna say, they passed legislation in the middle of the case to allow it. But still, I don't see how that's constitutional. Here's my big problem: Whether someone kills someone else is the whole point of the case! How can that just be assumed to be true? I mean at the end of the day Peterson's attorneys already took this up to the IL Supreme Court, so i'm sure the appeal will be on other grounds, but still. Total lack of due process here IMO. Just because she's an alleged murder victim shouldn't suddenly change the rules of evidence.

Obama's was the worst IMO. Clinton's was the best. Anyone that claims Barrack is a great public speaker needs to watch Clinton or even Biden do his thing. Barrack is a reader, not an orator. And he continually messes up his words and emphasis words in a sentence at odd moments. Clinton is just smooth and fun to listen to, even if you don't agree with him. Obama's content wasn't anything great either. Romney was hit for not being specific. Someone give me specifics of Obama's plan, other than to end poverty, make every child literate, and defend us from every enemy. Oh, I guess we're going to manufacture goods again? Is that really a plan?

I'm a huge fan of Obama talking about Romney/Ryan as guys with no foreign policy experience. Mirror?

The hearsay evidence was a joke and absolutely should be overturned on appeal. This thing needs to be retried. It's a crime against a criminal (i think it's clear he's guilty...too much funny business in that bathroom from what I read for it to be an accident) that someone like a shrink could testify about what a dead client said without any chance to cross. An excited utterance? Sure, I buy that. An offhanded remark that may or may not have been a joke or completely fabricated? No way.

I'm hearing that he failed the test 2 weeks ago. There will be a press conference tomorrow where his suspension will be made official. Makes sense since they just brought up Gimenez.
