I love it when web masters get together. Let's wait and see if things die down. They're just junkies in need of a fix. Eventually they will find someone else to play with. Although I know you guys love nothing more than troll whacking. What I find interesting is we allow way more than the other leading brands of Sox Message Boards. Yet, that tiniest of areas that we do not allow seem to cause people to go nuts. Maybe it's easier of we had dozens of rules instead of a couple. And touching on Soxman for a moment and him taking over. Kap, we do have the server in Texas now, right? We should start a coup de tat.

I am not insulting an entire innocent group of people I do not know. I am expressing my opinion of the public persona you have created under the screen name Juggernaut. That persona is that of a pathetic human being. If that is how you act in public, than my observation and opinion also pertains to you as a person.
-
First off Juggs, I support prayer in school. I also favor abstinence education along side reproduction education. I stoped thinking it was fun being mean in grade school. I guess some poeple don;t grow out of thinking hurting people is fun. Go for it Juggs. You must be a laugh a minute; Hey look at the retard! Hey look at the Mexican! Look I can say gay and mean stupid. Saying you use ethinic slurs because it is fun is the stupidist thing I have ever heard and makes you seem like the most pathetic form of the human race.

I'll bet Mariotti doesn't appreciate your avatar

There was a memo a couple weeks back. Only North and South America and parts of Australia. They are working on Asia next. Basically only areas that are currently producing solid baseball players.

I jumped in because I was sensitive to it. As quickly as I read it. Next step?

Well said wino, I hoped we can keep this thread from turning onto raff . . . note: edited to clean up spelling . . .

It's about the ability to communicate in a manner that earns you respect and is respectful of the entire Soxtalk community. If the only means you have to communicate is offensive to others, isn't that sad? Some people can justify 100 different ways why they need to be offensive to communicate, they may fool themselves and their like-minded peer group but society isn't fooled for long.

Damn Hammer, I thought you'd been here as long as I have. My bad. I'll nominate you for poster of the year in 2005

We are spending $171 Million PER DAY in Iraq. Helping those people escape a brutal dictator. How much is appropriate in this case? I don't even know if the comparison should be made.

It looks like something a kid would draw on a teacher's picture. During the Koch Nightmare, every time he blew a save, I'd see that hideous goatee and want to rip it off his face.
-
If calling him gay was meant to mean he is stupid, then why not simply call him stupid? Or perhaps, calling him gay brings in more than just stupid? Maybe you can fool your peer group into that thinking, but you will not fool anyone here. And you have insulted users, users have just told you that.
-
And banned is banned. I will gaurantee you will be banned for using racial stereotypes here and insulting our members.
-
Actually Sox fans can be human also. If you think that gay is an insult, perhaps you would be more comfortable at another message board.

Oooops. Thank you for correcting my goof.

Don't be afraid to vote Republican*, or Independant, if you like the candidate. I've been very impressed by politicans of all parties. But in a coin flip, I'm going DEM. *And no that wasn't pandering to get a few votes for the Rush Award

I don't think in 2004 that Bush needs to be in Washington to do his job as I heard one person on the radio say. Hello, we have technology. I do not think Bush has to "feel the world's pain" and wring his hands in public at the grief. He should issue statements, offer encouragement, empathy, sympathy, or whatever moral boost he can. Being an emotional comfort, cheerleader, motivator comes with the job. That can be done in Texas, the same as in Washington. The US will give both privately and through our government. I prefer these efforts to be anonymous, given from the heart, but I can understand scorecard keepers. Since I prefer to donate anonymously, I respect others and do not count the money in their pockets or question their charitable donations. We should give not because somewhere in the world someone may like us, or in hopes that it will be an inoculation against terrorism, we should help because innocent people need our help and we have the means to help them.

I spent some time in the posts of the month and poked around the threads with the most views in each forum. The balance was looking for quality over quantity. It was also funny looking at some of the nominations and scratching my head why? The silliest one IMHO involves me for the Rush Award for Conservative Thoughts. One of the guidelines we had was if enough people nominate a person, we put him/her on the ballot.
-
Only about 15 people bothered to make nominations. There seems to be one or two individuals that received many nominations for the same positions. The admins and mods also tried and fill in some nominees where only one or two people received nominations.

Like us breeders want him in the gene pool either

Stores have the right to not sell you anything. They can refuse service to anyone for almost any reason. For example, if they have prior knowledge that kids will be egging the school on January 4th, because kids have been egging Enormous High on January 4th for 145 years, they can refuse to sell eggs to kids on January 3rd and 4th. ANother case, a guy was seen arguing with his girlfriend, he went into a store and tried buying a 6" Buck Knife. The store refused. The store won the resulting court case. Getting back to your essay, What are the three top reasons you feel that anyone should be allowed to buy any music they want? It is unclear in your persuasive essay.

have you been reading this board?? The difference is we accept it coming from a Sox fan. Jay is clearly a fan of no team.

But wouldn't YASNNNNNY be more appropriate?
