Queen Prawn

That is my favorite album of theirs - 'A Kind of Magic.' I got into Queen because of Highlander. I own every CD they put out except for 1; 'Flash Gordon Soundtrack.' The movie was horrid, Brian and I watched it one Saturday night in the summer when it was too hot to move to change the channel, but that sound track made it tolerable. People often say that after 'The Game' their music wasn't good. I beg to differ, it was just as good, just a much different style. Their 'Innuendo' (the last complete album Queen put out before Freddie died) was something else. Granted, it didn't have their 'concert' type style, it was a bit toned down. The only album of theirs that I wasn't crazy about, but still can listen to without too much effot is the 'Hot Space' album.

God Rest Freddie!!! Freddie and Brian May made that band. Roger and John had great additions, but Freddie and Brian made that band who they were. RIP Freddie!!!! Finally a Queen thread!!!!

Brian is a huge Packers/Farve fan (from what his family has said, he's been following them since he was 5 or 6 - another family member got him hooked) and he was calling for the backup by half time. Favre looked putrid out there.

Let's see...I bought him Medal of Honor - the new PS2 game (the Pacific Fight). I got a kickass deal on Freedom Fighters - it was marked 39.99 and I got it for 19.99 - some unmarked sale or the guy thought I was cute - LOL! We have also bought Hidden and Dangerous 2, Call of Duty and MOH - Breakthrough. We want to get Max Payne 2 and Man Hunt for PS2 though (the other three mentioned are in PC format - I'd rather play on PS2 than computer myself). I need to work on Fatal Frame...it's taken me awhile to figure that game out and of course when I did figure it out, we had to pack it away for remodeling.

Sad and pathetic. Hell, I had nothing to do this morning - I would have wrote it in that time and it would have been much better than that. I see laziness has permiated all through the ranks...

Boss is letting us out early! Thank the sweet Lord cuz it is as boring gets around here today...

The sad thing is that the Sox will probably use KW as the scapegoat (saying they have a bad season), but we all know this lands squarely on JR's shoulders. He relies too much on loyality to employees (which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but since he refuses to fire someone that is obviously not doing the job, it is a bad thing in this case) and he doesn't have a strong enough crowbar to open that wallet of his and take care of business.

My mother is guilty of this, but she suffers from nerve deafness (a genetic thing in our family) and refuses to get a hearing aide. She had no qualms about nagging my gramma about getting a hearing aide (which she never did), but now that it is her turn, she won't hear of it...pun intended.

Ditto! My sister works at WalMart and will be working Friday. She's has one thing on her side - she works in accounting so the only time she comes out of the backroom is for customer issues or to collect the drops from the cashiers.

With this tidbit, I don't expect the Sox to do much in the FA market now. Between that and raising prices, I'd be surprised to see much more than 15K on an average night at the park. I hope I am wrong about this...
