I dont remember what the pitch was but it hit Beltran in the elbow. If youre gonna peg someone, peg him with a straight fastball (which that pitch definitely wasnt) to the gut! Ginter shouldnt have been ejected. It was a young ump (that guy only had 4 years experience) under pressure and he blew it. And dont you mean "Lets hope for better today"?

If they go by your thinking and dont select either of the best individual hitters in the league (Vernon Wells, 96 RBIs, and Delgado, 107) as the MVP, they could very well select Brett Boone. He has one more RBI than Giambi and he plays on a very good team. As shocking as it would be, I would not be surprised if he won it. Oh my bad. But either way, Oakland could very well sweep us. Its bad enough that they have Zito, Mulder and Hudson but now they have Harden too. Ted Lillys the only guy Im confident we can hit. But knowing our luck hell probably pitch the day our fifth starter pitches...

Oh then I agree. Frank wouldnt even have to give me anything. Just the chance to shake his hand and give him his 2000th hit back would be enough. But if it was the choice between, 2000th hit ball (Id not sell it, just put it on display in my house) or 2 autographed bats and balls delivered to me by security, hell yeah Id take the ball! I may have posted this before (sorry if thats the case) but I just dont understand what all the hype is about Jack the Ripper. I know theyre the most famous unsolved murders but were wasting our time trying to identify him. First, Jack the Ripper killed five hookers. John Gacy killed like 33 teenage boys. Both are evil, but if I could erase one from the history books, Id erase Gacy. Second, theyre never gonna find out who the Ripper was. Hes been dead for a long, long time. So even if by a miracle they find out who he was, what are they gonna do? Dig up the guys body and burn it? Gimme a break. Theyre never gonna find him and if they do theyre not gonna do anything. And like I said earlier, trying to find out who he was is a waste of time and money. "Hey boss! I found Jack the Ripper!" "Great. Just great. Someones heart got eaten yesterday. Could you spend your time doing something more meaningful?" Id love to know who Jack the Ripper was. But were never gonna find out so it really doesnt matter...

Exactly. And in these horror movies all the protagonists act so stupid! Its incredible. A body falls outta the tree and they run around in a circle like where do I go now? Run ya moron! And then the last counselor knocks out the murderer like three times and then runs away only so the monster can get up and come try to kill her again. Geez, Id cut her head off and burn the building down. Ya can never be too safe...

Whoa. The killers a schizophrenic, psychologically disturbed mother of a child who drowned at the camp. She seems to think shes the child and the mother. Freaky...

He was carried off the field in a stretcher so I assume it cant be good. I was very happy to hear the crowd applauding him tho...

And I think its just scarier. Think about this movie. Incessant rain, endless night and a camp hidden deep in the woods. Its a very gloomy setting. Down at the beach on a sunny day, its nice and joyful! Its not gonna be scary if ya have some clown running along cutting peoples throats on the beach...

I thought that was hilarious but nah. Im not really sure what I liked about him. He was just cool I guess. The way hes always fighting with Finch, acting up, cussing at everyone and the way he sucks up to Mrs Flaherty and then disses her behind her back. And of course the whole flower thing and the part where Cadence catches him talking about how hes gonna screw her. "Beneath all the f---s and s---s and blow mes Im sure theres a very sensitive guy in Stifler just waiting to be found."

Do you mean the actor Sean William Scott? or the personality quirks of a fictional charater that is your role model? Because if it's the latter, than maybe Adam Herz should be your role model. He wrote all 3 American Pie movies. I like SWS but I really like the Steven Stifler character...

Have you seen 28 Days Later? Was it any good? Still, the rain, night and music makes this movie rather scary. Ya know how no scary movie ever takes place on a nice sunny day? Ya gotta have that gloomy setting. Altho it would be interesting to have a good scary movie where a buncha people get slaughtered one by one at noon on a nice little beach in Key West...

Made in 1980, its a horror movie about something that slaughters teenage counselors at a camp. Its scary as hell and the incessant night and rain make it even scarier. Some guy was lying on his bed smokin a cig and a spear poked up from below, cutting his throat. Then another girl was in the bathroom and got axed in the face. I kinda laughed at that one tho cuz the scream was so fake. She was like "eek" and then it showed her slumping to the floor with an axe in her face. Im gonna have nightmares for weeks...
