Just saw the highlights and Frank had a very nice AB. 11 pitches and he almost hit a bomb earlier in the AB. He hit this towering drive to left and he didnt move. It was kinda cool. Then he hit the final one and he knew it was gone. He came home and everyone was celebrating. This team is really impressing me...

Anyone remember how last year we could never make a comeback? Recently, weve had like a gazilion come from behind wins and walkoffs. My dad was tellin me he thought the Sox lost because he left to pick me up after the top of the 11th and the Twins were ahead. And even tho he said they probably lost, I had this inner confidence that they won. Im actually starting to have faith in these guys when theyre down late. And I like it! Forget 100,000. Im going to bed. Good nite fellas...

Completing a sweep of the Twins with a come from behind win like this one. It doesnt get any better than this. PK, of all people, hit a gametying homer with two down in the 11th. I still fail to see why JM put him in there, but it worked so I dont really care. And yall know I loved the ending. A two run walkoff bomb for Frank, his second of the game, 20th of the season and 396th of his career. Awesome! Guardado must feel like crap, not that that bothers me... Only 3 GB of KC. Here we come!!!!!!!!!

Jim, I think youre a great poster but this post is ridiculous. Youre tellin me, its Dorns and JBs fault that we just got a guy with 51 RBIs? Well if it is, Dorn is God! I wouldnt care one bit if we lost Cotts. He has 39 walks in 68 IP at AA. You cant throw that many walks in the bigs and live to tell about it. Besides, Hart has to choose from a pool of eight prospects and Cotts isnt one of them. So your future AS pitcher is saved, God bless us all...

Both these guys are coming up for free agency after this year. Can someone more experienced in the whole money part of the game tell me if we can sign these two? Could we get these two and Colon at the same time? I think Robbie will stay because of Sandy and if we get into the playoffs, Everett and Colon might want to stay for less as well. Could someone smarter than me on this matter please say what they think? Thanks...

No I didnt see it. What was it like? And even when everyone hated his D, he still made a great catch every once in a while. Last year, I was at Comiskey and he robbed Carlos Pena of a bomb. I remember thinking oh crap (I believe that woulda tied the game) and Carlos made an awesome play to rob Pena. We ended up winning like 10-3 or something. It was 5-4 at the time I think. If he doesnt make that play were down 6-5 and we dont have the momentum. But he gave us the momentum there...

Credit where credit is due, my friend. He wont be getting any sympathy for going 2-10 but if he wins four in a row, he deserves some credit. He also lowered his ERA to 4.36. When he was 2-10 my biggest complaint was his ERA. Well he sure fixed that up...

I am excited. At the beginning of the year, wed say something like "Rowands in CF?! This is terrible. We have so many holes." Now instead of debating which poor player gets to play, were debating which good player gets to sit. It really is fun, isnt it? And shoot, this board has really come alive. Everetts attitude is fine. In fact, its great! Ive always heard this guy is kinda a jerk (not sure where I heard that) but I read an article about him on ESPN.com and it showed he is a great team player who always plays his best. He said "Im going to miss these guys. But unfortunately it comes down to the fact that were not winning. You know how it goes in July." He also said he plays hard and he plays to win. Palmeiro said "Hes a very good player. He knows how to play the game. He plays the game hard and he plays to win. Hes a great team guy." And Hart thanked Carl for his services in Texas. Guess that means he was doing something right. And fans at rangers.com really loved him. They said he was always kind to the fans and that theyll really miss him. Some are fuming over the trade. I dont know where it was said that Carls a jerk, but it sure seems thats not the case...

Cotts, like Malone, has control problems. Malone, even tho I was high on him, has nearly dropped off the radar. In a few years, Cotts might too. You dont survive in the bigs when youre allowing 39 walks in 68 IP at AA...
