  1. Something on Robert's left hip or groin...or the hip flexor thing again. Does anyone remember if it was left or right leg last year?
  2. He didn't look 100% after he got up from the slide. But you can't beat Correa and Buxton without your best players on the field.
  3. It's pretty obvious he is not getting help from Boston and you can see his confidence sinking by the game. For whatever reason, he's not picking the ball up there with that backdrop at all. The fact that he's so hesitant to go bust it at 100% is pretty obvious as well...used to have three gears and now it's only two.
  4. Basically the only options are Martin and Lambert. Everyone would scream if those guys started against the Twins.
  5. Unless he's going to start throwing a change or slider, he's going to be limited like he got away with as a reliever in short bursts.
  6. Robert is in between on defense just like hitters get. He's hesitating because he has been told not to go all out like he was in 2020. Plus he's getting terrible reads all of a sudden. It's like you can actually see him thinking out there instead of reacting instinctively.
  7. Anderson has to get more on that throw. To use the new buzzword, non-competitive.
  8. Had to go fastball against Kiriloff instead of doubling up with the slider.
  9. Surprised Benetti didn't go off about Proximo from Gladiator.
  10. What the hell is the second Nationwide verse? That has to be the most cost-effective marketing in recent history...
  11. Burger, Cueto and Zavala are the three unsung heroes of the first half...especially Cueto.
  12. Game being played at a glacial pace. Twins still have six turns up. And that's with Cueto on the mound.
  13. Linea. If they can take the first two...pressure really shifts towards Minnesota. The Pollock throw, Vaughn ball off bag, Buxton stranded...those things don't usually go Sox way an entire series.
  14. Great job of nailing out Moncada who had 2-0/3-1 pitches. Baldelli weirdly protecting his own pen but crushing his starter.
  15. Don't understand how Baldelli didn't pull Gray after he got walloped by the comeback from.
  16. Desperately need another run or two here...and to get into the Twins' pen?early.
  17. So glad we have Pollock for $12-13 million next year. Can only hope AJ is so unhappy he takes less money to escape Chicago.
