23,599 White Sox bullpen up to 29th best ERA.

Of course, conversely, it worked for Joyce's big league debut against the Sox.

He has enough problems retiring hitters at 97-100 mph. 95-96 just isn't going to work... batters will just lay off the slider and his entire psyche us about beating hitters with his FB but that is going to mess with his mind when he can't blow hitters away anymore. At least not until 2024.

Just giving up now.

It's pretty clear he wasn't ready watching him in AAA highlights.

No reason not to have Bummer warmed and ready to go just in case THAT happened.

Get him the f*** out of there

Hendriks storyline destroyed. Hahn will have to answer for rushing him back before he had upper 90s stuff and control over his slider. Anderson almost made a spectacular play but not to be.

Now things are really about to spin out of control.

Sigh. Knew there wasn't going to be a complete happy ending... since it's the 2022-23 Sox.

Slider a struggle. Former Sox Chris The Dragon Devenski up next.

16 pitches...really need to watch as he nears low 20s to make sure he doesn't push himself too hard right off the bat.

Hosted by ump. Urshela great fundamental at bat.

Down to 95. Stamina will obviously be an issue.

Catchers and DH's stealing now lol. Hendriks can't pitch up at 96.

96 90 on slider Teary eyed

At least they can't go to Kelly now. Hendriks then Graveman in theory.

Alberto veteran choice

Nobody is going to pull Joyce...well, that was fast.

Joyce with twin brother Zack or Zack still at U Tenn.

Neto Top 5 AL RoY candidate at SS.

Joyce is basically RH Crochet before surgery/velo reduction.

Vaughn 103.8 ev. Got the cutter or slider at 89. Mistake to speed up his bat.

Great revenge inning by the former Angel...

Pretty much have to keep Santos and trade Middleton as a UFA. https://www.spotrac.com/mlb/chicago-white-sox/gregory-santos-70744/ Santos has three more years of arb control.
