More trademark weak ass contact.

Second green apple for Rodon. State of Washington thanks Los for free advertising. Or Maine.

What did he say or do now? Nice to listen to a game where the announcers are actually focused 100% on the action in front of them...

About 35 more pitches left in the tank for Rodon...

27 straight scoreless innings for Yankees pitchers...three consecutive shutouts, essentially.

Hard inside, curves on the outer third or off the plate. Going to have to drive one over Judge into the crowd...Anderson maybe. The Jimenez Special.

These are the games where we need Eloy or Robert to break up a tie game with one swing...

1. Lynn 2. Rodon 3. Kopech/Cease Playoff rotation if it started this week. Still leaves Giolito and Keuchel on the outside looking in. Had Rodon second to break up the RHPers.

Miss Harrelson’s trademark “HE GONE, GAS!”...in games like this one.

Making Giolito this year look like Tortuga with easy 97-99 mph high octane. Moncada...could see him consciously realizing he should get the hell away from Anderson.

98... Lost a bit of the feel for his slider location...#9 with the recovery on 3-2. Pitch count more of an enemy than Yankees.

Rodon on pace for 28 starts...already three behind Cole. Conserving him for second half/playoffs.

99....

He has gone 4, 4, 2 earned runs last three....

Garcia on the Rangers if he’s still a rookie. Randy Arrozarena, Yermin, Wander Franco, Kelenic...

One of the Maine high schools...or the one where Hahn went, some connection there.

Abreu not picking up the ball at all...

Please don’t give us Leury at second base when Engel returns. Give Mendick a legit extended opportunity for once.

Let him show some emotions...the biggest rap before was that he was like a robot out there. In past years, those runs score seemingly 75-85% of the time with that big of a defensive miscue.

Maybe...but it’s really hard to break through and get that first one when your rep is bat first, below average defender in the early part of your career. Rodon getting REALLY emotional there with the K....shouting over the crowd.

Nice throw by Abreu. LaRussa had the corners in, middle infield conceding.

Shades of Game 3 last year...

Madrigal rushing yet another throw...SIGH.

Nice hustle, Madrigal. Montgomery brought his A game tonight as well, that curveball can be downright nasty.

Burger with his 5th homer. .208/.817 Mahtook with his second.
