If TA doesn't start performing, I don't think he's traded unless someone overwhelms us with their return I don't see them trading Cease either TA and Cease are on very affordable deals, something JR loves. Hendriks is gone, unless he's just straight up bad. I could see Middleton and Kelly dealt for sure. Grandal is interesting. His contract ends after this year and he isn't gonna get any good deals next year. Would he come back to the Sox in 2024 for a deal similar to Andrus. Sox don't have anything at C moving forward Who do you guys think is 100% gone this year at the deadline?

I don't think Vaughn is trying to hit 30 jacks. He's got the power but I don't think he's willing to sacrifice that much average and obp to get there. I'm sure if he wanted to be Cincy Dunn he could probably accomplish it with a higher avg, I just don't think his confidence is there yet

an entire staff all losing their ability to pitch screams coaching philosophy and possibly clubhouse issues (to me), instead of bad talent eval. could be just having bad pitchers but Clevingers still got a good arsenal and good velo, same with Cease and Kopech. they just aren't getting it done. I don't think they listen to Katz at all or he's giving them horrendous advice. he always sounded like a guy who would be great for young pitchers who can absorb this data driven/spin/tilt stuff, but older veteran guys who weren't groomed on that s%*# would have issues with a guy like Katz edit: yes I know Cease and Kopech are younger guys, I think they're just too emotional and lose focus very quickly

They look like they're already looking to the off-season. Those at bats yesterday were unbelievable. They looked, 1 through 9, like they did not wanna play baseball. The Royals and A's are losing games because they lack talent, the Sox are losing games because they do not give a s%*# about winning everyday

Sox have to make some serious changes. They gotta DFA or move Andrus to bench duties. Moncada has gotta be moved to 2B to fit Burger in at 3B when he's back. Cease and Lynn's rotation spots need to be moved to 3 and 5 (Gio, Clevinger, Cease, Kopech and Lynn) Also consider moving Kopech to the pen and ReyLo back to the rotation if at all possible. I'm sure there are many other changes that you guys could think of that need to happen within this current roster, but we are at the point where you gotta make changes for the sake of shaking s%*# up
