But as far as the presidential election goes, wouldn't it matter more that each persons vote counted the same. For example, In Illinois, if 51% OR 99% voted for Kerry, with the electoral college, 100% of Illinois' vote would be for Kerry. The way I see it, where you live shouldn't determine that your vote would count less than a state such as Florida. If more People voted Kerry, then Kerry should be president, IMO.

I am also for Juan Pierre and Pujols. I used to like Uribe a lot, too, when he played for the Rockies. Their Pierre/Uribe top of the lineup was awesome. I can see the similarites to our top two of Harris/Uribe. Speed kills.

My friend is at the game. I was really hoping they'd lose like they did when he took his girlfrind there (who I am influencing the best I can to root for the Sox).

Really, If we wanted to start the best players in the all star game, fans would not get to vote. Again we will have an all star team of Yankees, Red Sox, and Japanese players. Sopx will again have no starters, unless we get a pitcher in. In all fairness, it should be decided by a comitee, but I guess voting is better for the fans. We'll nedd to have faith in Torre.

Mine is definetly Vlad Guerrero. IMO, he is everything you'd want in a superstar player-- a true class act. I was an expos fan when he was there, and now I'm really beginning to become an Angels fan because of him, and just the overall direction of the franchise.
