QUOTE (Nunnigan @ Oct 29, 2009 -> 12:15 PM) I dont find playing as a terrorist shooting up a airport particularly intriguing. I guess we'll see how it plays out if we're given context into our actions the character is suppose to carry out. Well for one, you don't have to shoot anybody. You can just advance through the level. No one is going to make you shoot anyone. Secondly, all we have seen is part of this mission. We have no idea what happened before it, we have no idea what happens after it. We don't know reasons for it etc. Most people should reserve judgment until they actually play the game.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Oct 29, 2009 -> 05:25 AM) Do you have a video of the play somewhere? Looking at that picture it just looks like the ball is coming loose, I dont see anything you are talking about lol what? The ball is clearly out of his hands.. And yes, he fumbled into and out of the endzone, so it should have been Miamis ball on the 20.

This is great.. it was an interception, and ruled a TD on the field. It was also reviewed and still ruled a TD. Thanks for this picture Sports Illustrated. My favorite part is the ref staring RIGHT AT THE PLAY!!!!!!! Should have been a touchback, Dolphins ball.. Oh well, makes you wonder if some refs really do have money on the games.

The best thing ever would be for TNA to succeed and get bigger, then WWE would be great.. Unfortunately, they go and do crap like this and eff themselves.

Best Pitch Ever
QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Oct 28, 2009 -> 11:34 AM) I disagree. There was no advantage to throwing the ball like that. That was just stupid. No s***, he didnt even need to do that the kid was wide open he could have just turned and thrown it over there.

QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Oct 29, 2009 -> 12:27 AM) I agree with your point but you can't kill kids in Fable or Fallout. You can kill anyone else however, and in Fallout you can . Wrong, you can waste all of those kids at that town that is run by all kids. Either way, I didn't mean kill kids in fable, I just meant that you could kill civilians.. If you did bad things in fable, you became a bad person that was a thing IN the game. So stealing from and killing innocent people was somewhat promoted and I know thats the way I went with it. Either way, I doubt youre killing kids in MW2 and were on the same page here anyways. And anyway you wanna look at it, the terrorists get killed and good wins in the end anyways.

QUOTE (Nunnigan @ Oct 27, 2009 -> 10:04 PM) I would say THIS is one instance where a video game has gone to far No doubt this game is going to sell well, so I'm surprised and kinda disappointed that this is going to be in the game. I'm still going to get the game though.. ***Mods, I understand if this message is deleted or moved if this subject is filibuster material How could you possibly be disappointed that this is in the game? Aside from the fact that the bad guys in the game are terrorists, its a flippin video game. Ever play Grand Theft Auto? Hell, the TITLE of the game alone is enough right there. How about any racing game that has other cars on the road that can be slammed into and wrecked, what about those poor people? In Fallout 3 you can kill ANYONE. Kids, women, old people. Same with Fable. There are plenty of games where civilians can be killed. The main thing here is its a fake video game. I don't see a problem. People are acting like there is a mission where you fly a plane into a building, come on. The game hasn't gone far at all, its a game about terrorism and that particular mission is suppose to enhance the superb storyline that this game has. Thats it.

QUOTE (ROC Sox Fan @ Oct 18, 2009 -> 07:15 PM) So... I don't usually snope around these other forums of Soxtalk, but what the hey. Anyone watching TNA Bound for Glory? Pretty decent show so far. The TLC tag title match is on now (let's pretend it's TLC and not 'full metal mayhem'; as even TNA has pointed out Team 3D has the advantage in matches with "tables, ladders, and chairs." I dont watch TNA but read on wrestlezone apparently Daniels took a nasty bump and is pretty banged up.

QUOTE (bmags @ Oct 18, 2009 -> 02:45 PM) You said there was nothing that could convince you that the saints were better than the vikings. Thats right, there is nothing. As of right now there is nothing that could convince me the Saints have a better team than the Vikings. Favre is producing just as much as Brees is, the difference is the have Adrian Peterson on their team along with a better D.

QUOTE (whitesoxfan101 @ Oct 18, 2009 -> 02:36 PM) Why did the Colts barely beat the bad Jaguars 14-12? Why did the Colts need a last second TD pass to beat a mediocre Miami team? It's the NFL, using margin of victory as a debating point is ridiculous. The Vikings are 6-0, the best team in the NFC North, and that's just how it is. The Bears are still in great shape to make the playoffs if they win tonight and that's fine. Your logic is no good here, you need to score 40 points to truly prove you are good.

QUOTE (bmags @ Oct 18, 2009 -> 02:22 PM) Of course they are. I'm merely not understanding what makes the vikings close victories more superior than the saints...and how the saints beating a 5-0 team in convincing, convincing fashion is not enough to, at this marker, say they've been the best in the league. Because its not all about the scores, that's what you don't get.. If the Saints passing attack isn't working, like what happened a few weeks ago, except its not against a horses*** team like Buffalo, I have ZERO confidence in the Saints running game to win them games against playoff teams. There are still questions about their defense as well. Yeah, they've looked better, but well see. The Vikings can run the ball, they can throw the ball. They can stop the run, they can get to the quarterback. As an overall team, the Vikings are better. If you wanna go style points, fine, the Saints are soooo flashy. Overall team, no way the Saints are better.

QUOTE (whitesoxbrian @ Oct 18, 2009 -> 02:17 PM) Yeah, and so was Warren Sapp, who I know is no genius, but that's beyond the point. The point is that they were what, 5-0, 6-1? Whatever. The Vikings are 5-0 and you're declaring them the best team. What's the difference? BRETT FAVRE IS DUDE!!!!!1 Right? And yeah, I'm 13. I'm pretty sure the whole NFL forum here is ripping your knowledge, maybe you're 12. Yes, this Vikings team is completely comparable to last years Bills team. You are right. And im actually 8.
