Isn't this guy well into his 30s? Isn't Kaz Matsui well under 30? Why should he recieve an offer like Matsuis? Not every team is as stupid as the Mets. But I sure wouldn't mind him at 2 million per.

To be honest, I'd take Orlando at 2/8 then Clement at 3/27 or Perez at 3/27 (which he'll end up getting) Sure, it IS a White Sox move. But hey, it could turn out to be one of the best moves of the offseason. I was never sold into Clement or Perez. I'm more sold on Derek Lowe than those two. Not saying I'm sold on El Duque, but hey, at the price, you can't complain especially when it fills our 5th starter hole for the first time in who knows how long.

I think next year Vazquez is going to have a hell of a year, unless he has a lingering injury... Wasn't Kevin Brown great all year except for his punching a wall injury? If he refrains from punching walls, I think he'll also put up a good year.

Those guys are pretty decent. Lohse for some reason reminds me of Garland. Could break out big but always stays mediocre. They have a pretty good staff.

Tend to agree. We don't have a superace like Santana (If he repeats last year). What are the Twins after Santana and Radke? If the Twins and Sox were pit 5 games head to head, I think we would win the most. But really, no one knows with the Twins.

2 or 3 years is good for Drew. He's a pretty big injury risk. There is no way he should have even sniffed 5 years. 11 million is pretty outrageous too. He's never hit more than 100 RBI's in a season.

Apparently the folks who ran SuprNova are making a thing called "eXeem". From what I gather, it's decentralized and each person acts as a tracker rather than a server. Still trying to grasp the concept of it, but my guess is that it will be harder to shut it down since there are millions of little trackers (Us) instead of a few big ones.
