  1. OC is completely responsible for both runs so far as well, which is nice to see.
  2. 2-0 Sox! Hustle baseball is awesome to watch.
  3. Hearing the pitching matchups, if we can pull it out today, I REALLY like our chances this weekend.
  4. Hot damn Orlando.
  5. QUOTE (Controlled Chaos @ Jun 27, 2008 -> 02:54 PM) f*** yeah!! Now slap Jose around in the dugout. THROW STRIKES... Got your wish.
  6. The Sox have me in a good enough mood I let a Jehovah's Witness talk to me.

  8. OC has been a lot of fun to watch lately.
  9. Yay! Cubs lose golden opportunity to steal and get Fuku into scoring position. I don't see why you WOULDN'T run him there.
  10. We need another Don Cooper replay.
  11. Time to beat the everloving s*** out of the Cubs and get back to lengthening our lead in the Central.

QUOTE (FlaSoxxJim @ Jun 27, 2008 -> 10:28 AM) Zero chance of a natural range extension, to be sure, and I said as much. But isn't this the area that just got flooded to hell? I wouldn't put it out of teh realm of possibility that a number of exotic pets were accidentally or intentionally released during that event. Heck, we're pretty sure the invasive Pacific red lionfish we're seeing with increasing frequency on the Atlantic coats ere the result of a large Miami Beach front-porch marine aquarium getting busted open during Hurricane Andrew. Do you think I'm giving Heads too much credit to recognize a groundhog? It didn't turn around in a surprised fashion, so that couldn't be it. We weren't flooded to hell up here. It looked like a coati, but from about 30 yards away and only seeing it for about 5 seconds, it was tough to get a good look at it.
  13. Message to the Cubs.....

That looks pretty close to what I saw, actually. It'd be pretty weird to see one in NE Iowa, I gather, but you don't see raccoons with brownish fur. Then again, there was a black bear photographed here last week.

OK, I'm looking at guys like Flaxx on this one. Saw an animal today in a wooded area in town today. Thought it was a raccoon at first, but it didn't sit low to the ground. I looked a little closer, it was similar in size to a bigger coon, with brown fur and a bushy (but not real bushy tail). What struck me was its long snout like nose. Can anyone tell me what I saw? I've seen plenty of raccoons, so I know that wasn't it. My brother thought I was describing a wolverine or a fox or something, but I would think I'd know a fox, as I've seen one before...
  17. Swish is going to cry.
  18. Per a press release I just got.
  19. Hahha, I hope they interview guys about it after the game.
  20. LOL, the dugout just rolling over Coop. Swish looks like he's gonna pee himself.
  21. Coop pulls a hammy.
