Presidential Poll: 6/20/2004
I guess my biggest beef with Bush is the image of America to the rest of the world, and how negatively he's affected it. I won't be able to vote, but if I could I would vote for Kerry, or any of the other dems if they would have won with the exception of Lieberman. In that case I'd go third party.

5th starter means Sox victory! merged threads
We need to break out of this slump, so I'm starting this thread. I will unleash the power of the Canadian flag to aide Jon Rauch and the Sox to a win.

NBA Mock Draft Thread
It's not like they didn't have a glaring hole w ith Fizer there. Guy never played. I've read that Vroman could get selected by the bulls in the second half. I'm sure that'd piss off Shuf.

Rauch gets 5th starter nod (again)
I agree. I thought it shoulda been Cotts, but I have no problem with Rauch. The problem is, with the sort of ultimatum start where you either succeed or get demoted, that much more pressure is placed on you when you don't have the comfort of knowing you have another chance. In many cases like this, the pitchers try and be to pperfect and end up f***ing up. I know it's common knowledge but I feel it's still the case.

You should soooooo manage the Sox, Dan.

Ozzie has problems
What was wrong with playing Willie nearly every day? Last I checked, he had one of the best averages on the team.

New York Times slams Clinton and his book
I recommend Life of Reilly. An anthology of columns by SI writer Rick Reilly. It's worth the money.

New York Times slams Clinton and his book
Sorry, but reading this just gave me a chuckle. We're the same age, right? I mean, I do enjoy the smell of coffee and reading the morning newspaper, but ya remind me of my dad, if he ever went to church. I sure hope you don't read it in your underwear....

Wireless routers
We have a regular Linksys router that is 11 months old and we have had NO problems with it. Linksys is pretty much the way to go iif you're looking for quality.

Down with Expos, Up with BEER!
My dad had a beer that I think was called Fat Tire from a place I think was New Belgium Brewing in Colorado. Anywho, the big reason he got the beer was because the beer making process is aided by windmills and my dad's big on alternative energy. Just wondering if you knew of it. EDIT: Found it. http://www.newbelgium.com/beer_fattire.shtml He enjoyed this at a Rockies game.
