You also at some point need to wonder if this organizational approach of being selective has been too extreme where it’s getting into too many players heads… and effectively is “taking the bat out of their hands”. Might soon be time to reconsider the approach as a whole and start telling people to just fucking mash.

It’s already established that hardly anybody likes either of these guys - so why don’t we knock it off with all of the s%*# talking. I started this thread to keep up with their respective performances throughout the year because Getz had a choice to make. We’ll find out if he made the right or wrong choice between the two options… And yes, I know some would have preferred that we cut ties with both of them and one day we’ll have new blood at first. Gavin has continued to crush it after a hot spring. He’s already got a homer and two doubles. Vaughn has collected an important hit here or there and had a nice bomb today, if my memory serves correct.
