  2. Holy cow, it’s only been two weeks. This sucks.
  3. I hope the pipeline keeps pumping and Prieto comes to the Southside.
  4. I think it’s just looking at things a little too closely.
  5. Interview: https://www.soxon35th.com/interview-with-newly-signed-white-sox-reliever-brandon-finnegan/amp/ Edit: It’s probably the most worthless interview you could possibly read. This sucks.
  6. Best news we’ve had since the lockout… even though it’s been expected for some time. Scouting grades: Hit: 60 | Power: 55 | Run: 50 | Arm: 50 | Field: 50 | Overall: 55 Hernandez’s biggest comp is a lofty one: Juan Soto. Hernandez, like Soto, is a solid hitter as a teen and could hit the ball hard to all fields. Hernandez has a very advanced approach at the plate and has shown the ability to adjust. He also displayed the ability to handle himself against right-handed and left-handed pitching, which is rare for a prospect his age. Physically, he’s lean and athletic with lots of room to grow and add strength. On defense, he can play all three outfield positions and has the power to play the corners. He has also been praised for his makeup and positive attitude. Hernandez trains with Jaime Ramos, a member of MLB’s Trainer Partnership Program, at the Jaime Ramos Baseball Academy. The White Sox are the favorite to sign him.

  8. This is now the way.
  9. From the little I know he has been plagued by mechanical flaws and health issues.
  10. Pretty much injured for four years and when he last pitched in the minors this year, fantastic numbers: https://www.baseball-reference.com/register/player.fcgi?id=finneg000bra&type=pgl&year=2021
  11. We’ve found our left handed hitter indeed! Now the only question is if they’ll put him at second or in right.
  12. The left handed bat we’ve been looking for?
  13. Ken’s on point with his… well… points. Wonder how in the hell they would accomplish the item above though.
  14. Sounds about right.
  15. That’s insane! Wow!!
  16. Thankfully I’ve had a metric poop ton of work pop up over the past two weeks - so that’s kept me occupied and has prevented MCU explorations and missing baseball insanity onset. ?
