  1. Lots of hot takes in here… guess it should be expected though. ?
  2. I imagine it could quickly go either way. Makes sense as to why they’re putting off any updates until one can more accurately be made. Couldn’t hope for better news so far though.
  3. Careful, if you don’t jump on the hate train you might get some heat.
  4. I didn’t see him bringing a baby to spring training and holding it while talking about traumatic events. Also don’t recall him contradicting himself within a matter of minutes during an interview about this stuff. Also it seems to be lost that I’m not attempting to paint Clevenger as some innocent saint… I’ve said often that it isn’t black or white. Seems most likely to me that she’s embellishing things and Clevenger is a douchebag. The only unequivocal thing about this situation is it should have easily been avoided if our front office was competent… we all can agree about that. ?
  5. Wanting justice for domestic violence victims is rational and fair. Giving validity to unstable people to “speak their truth” which could simply be regurgitated mental illness and accepting that as fact… There’s a big difference. Everything I’ve said on this subject has been put forth simply as a biased opinion based on the little that’s public. When she’s out there pulling sympathy plays using her child as a pawn and contradicting herself in a matter of minutes, it’s worth noting.
  6. There hasn’t been anything released since the interview - so what more is there to say? Also, you spelled poop wrong.
  7. She contradicts herself multiple times in the interview and it’s deplorable for her to be holding a baby while doing this interview. Clevenger is no peach but this isn’t black or white. I’ll be surprised if he misses significant time… yet again, we’re in this woke culture nonsense. Urg.
  8. Sure came off to me as someone being deceptive and dishonest to me… yet… again… I’m biased.
  9. One of many things she said that should raise questions to her credibility in my opinion.
  10. I found it odd that she would be discussing this trauma and conducting a planned interview while holding her infant child. You’d think she would have arranged for family to be present in preserving the child’s innocence and shielding it from the emotions. She also claims he was always high and then says it is impossible to plan for when he would act out so as to get videos of his behavior. I’m biased because I’ve been through the false accusation ringer… and with that said, not all of this adds up to me.
  11. Take a s%*# with Your 2023 Chicago White Sox.
  12. What, did he fart? Let it go man… everyone does it.
  13. Hope homie does good for the BoSox.
  14. Hopefully we can unlock what he’s got and find a useful pen option. Kid got bombed in 4 short innings last year with the Red Sox.
  15. Since this team is a dumpster fire…
  16. Let’s hear your ideas folks. Post your hairball ideas utilizing the begin phrase, “Since this team is a dumpster fire.” I’ll go first: Since this team is a dumpster fire… let Colson break camp as the starting second baseman.
  17. Before every game Roger should drill randomly placed 25 foot deep holes of varying diameter in the outfield. Line them with spikes and have Brooks market every series as a “Blackout Death Match.”
  18. I believe it was a padres radio guy… perhaps ?
  19. I cry for you and hope the team turns around one day. You deserve another winner.
