about how long will it be until the people like me who missed the show can listen to it? archive please fast joe =)

i think that contreras might take a look at this outting and think something like: "hey, it worked... i did what they have been asking and it was pretty good! if i keep working at these things like throwing more fastballs to set up my out pitches, mixing it up from time to time, and trying to go after hitters more in effort to be agressive and lower my pitch count... i might just be able to live up to my potential now!" but then again, he dosent seem to be the smartest guy... and looks like a primitave monkey... so he probably thought: "YAHY! fun me do good fun!"

holy s***, i didnt see the last 3 innings of the game... wow... 4 runs in 2/3 ip ouch that just really hurt walker i think that he will be pitching a lot in this comming week

i hope we take Walkre north and send cotts down to AAto start getting streched ou to be a starter, he has some good stuff.... he also could use some work developing another pitch. ive been more impressed with walker -

QUOTE(chisox2334 @ Mar 22, 2005 -> 08:19 PM) Yes so far hes been doing good. But it's when he starts throwing his slider to often worries me. i think thats wat worries everone because he has no reason notto u his fastball, because its great... the oint is../ he is working on it and it seems that he has been doing better as of late locating his fastball and selecting his pitches -

QUOTE(Y2HH @ Mar 22, 2005 -> 08:11 PM) Let us know how Contreas stuff is looking. -y2 contreras has looked great been getting ahead of hitterse with his fastball which has been located pretty damn good then has been using his out pitches its what we've bneen hoping for ive seen him get behind 2 hitters out of 4 so far, he did walk him but he did throw a lot of strikes in that full count oh, nad the other one, he struck out on a great spliter im still on the bandwagon, i think he can turn it around this year -
Just heard Bruce Levine on ESPN 1000 and the results from the CATScan were also inconclusive and that Buerhle may be out of the woods. The only thing that showed up on the scan was a dark shadow that may be a result of an old injury. The new prognosis is that they will rest him for a couple of days and that he may even start to throw again by the end of the week.

god damn that scared me... if arow, mark b, and frank were out to start the season, i would have been a very sad dude i know arow will be fine come april im pretty sure burly will be A-OK and im hoping frank will be back by may
-
yoda: there is a lot of speculation going around, that is about it... most media sources are just specuating he has a break... which dosent seem to be the case from what don cooper and herm said today... it looks as if he might even be ok we'll know more tomarrow PM after a CT scan
-
im pretty damn sure that mark will be 100 % by the time that the season starts... if he dosent open on april 4th, it will just be out of a precautionary state of mind... i dont see him missing any more then one start then again, im being optimistic
-
while they were doing the pregame show for the sox game today, they showed Herm - our trainer, saying that buerhle felt 100% better and it might not be something that will take him out more then 2 or 3 weeks... so he might start the season, might just miss one or two starts also, they said they would know more for sure later today after they got the results from the second MRI
-
im sure we'l;l get some more news in about ohhhhh 22 mintues, when the game starts its pregame roll on comcast. i think this might be a blessing in discuise 1) i think MB will be ok to start the season 2 weeks late 2) i think Bmac might get a chance to start
-
id honestly rather have walker on the big club and send cotts back down to AAA to get streched out for a starting role in the future.
-
i guess some of you need green... i figured blatant scarsam would be enough... note taken
-
did their research, or... stoped hitting the crack pipe and put down the bottle you decide heh
-
yeah, i wasnt being scarstaic in making the title... at all... these picks are set in stone and arent flawed nor baised
-
on mlb.com they had some contest that you can fill out... you pick your winners... the mvp/cy young predictions are in the case of a tie breaker if you get the most accuarite results after the season is over, you win some tickets in 2006 just fun and games (not really, this is exactly what will happen this comming year)
