if we really wanna get this deal done, we can RJ has concidered moving to a big city now... duhhh and one thing that i keep hearing the unit say, is the trade MUST BENIFIT THE D BACKS.... and that they are lookin for help in 2005 if we threw this at them, i dont see it getting beaten.... CREDE, DIAZ, COTTS, and ANDERSON for RJ Uribe would move to SS or 3rd... harris could start at 2B... arow at CF it would be giving up A s*** LOAD, and we probably wont even have to give up that much.... but we do have the tools to get it done.... the questions are, does KW think that RJ - those types of players = a better team NOW? and will JR open his wallet again?

Frank Down, Joe Up
on chisox.com it says that frank will rest for 2-3 weeks and then will come back wearing a special brace.... then have surgery in the off season that is of course, if he can play with the brace if not, the article says that he may undergo season ending surgery when he gets back

Garland
true those 6 out of 16 were pretty bad, one 10 run outting, a couple of 5 run outings, couple of 4 run outings but still, those 10 out of 16 were pretty damn good ill take 10 out of 16, with improvement on the horizon, with a smile of contentment

Question
with franks problem, time off wont help much... the bone chips are there and the shots are to try to deal with the inflamation its best to just get it over with and begin the 6 weeks off now you dont wanna trade your other offensive star in the wake of this either, if anything, it makes a maggs trade less likely

Thomas goin down...
from chisox.com "Coming soon? With Frank Thomas apparently destined for a trip to the disabled list and the White Sox set with 11 pitchers before the All-Star break, a Joe Borchard callup could be on the horizon this weekend. The South Siders held on to the talented 25-year-old in a recent trade with Seattle for Freddy Garcia, and the switch-hitting centerfielder is paying big minor league dividends. Borchard knocked out his 16th home run and 19th double during Triple-A Charlotte's 4-0 victory over Buffalo on Wednesday. Borchard has 48 RBIs and could be an added boost for the team's recently sagging offense. " this is what my line ups would look like while frank is on DL and maggs is building strength Harris - 2B Lee - LF Maggs - DH Kong - 1B Jose V - SS Rowand - CF Borchard - RF Crede - 3B Sandy / Burke / Davis - C and Rowand - CF Lee - LF Maggs - DH Kong - 1B Jose V - SS Uribe - 2B Borchard - RF Crede - 3B Sandy / Burke / Davis - C
