Ok, lack of BA aside, why would Owens play in CF instead of Wise?

Anyone hear what the announcers said about Alexei playing CF? "Ozzie says he's the third or fourth best CFer in the league RIGHT NOW--and he doesn't even play the outfield. Wow." Either they misunderstood him or Ozzie is full of s***. God love Alexei, but he's the 5th-best CFer on this TEAM.

Did they give him the cold shoulder or something?
