i live in houston and watched jose lima and almost everyone i know hated that guy and were happy that he sucked and got traded.he is the most annoying person in baseball today...i think next year will be the year when crede finally puts it all together

i have no respect for a team who instead of finding talent and developing players they can just outspend anyone in baseball..i know they have a few players but they really ruin the chances for all the small market teams in baseball..i hope boone gets injured and they just fall apart in august and september

their is no way we can trade a .240 hitting third baseman for a teams ace in freddy garcia..the mariners just signed him to a big deal in the off season and i dont think they are just gonna let him go for nothing when they are in the playoff race...that is the dumbest trade offer i have ever heard.

why would we trade a promising third baseman like crede for ponson who is having a lucky year...aaorn boone is horrible defensively and would not help us at all at shortstop or third..his batting stats also arent too impresive for a player who plays at a hitters park.

how can you consider yourself a sox fan and not be a thomas fan..the guy has being awesome his whole career and it is about time he gets some recognition.

the cardinals are not plsying up to their abilities and just because suppan pitched one good game doesnt mean he is worth getting..look at all the pirates pitchers..they all have low eras due to them being in a pitchers park(just like L.A.)..i dont think getting an average pitcher will help us out

fogg and wells havent done much for the pirates but i wish we also wouldnt have made that trade..it might be a good move to pick up livan because he has experience pitching in the world series and other big games(hopefully he will pitch like his florida form)...but i dont know if his attitude will carry over to well with the team since we already have guys who get angry very easily

i dont care how good his defense is when he can barely even keep his average above .200..royce clayton is prolly the worst short stop the sox have ever had.

maybe we can throw in lee and get Cruz Jr... he can play any outfield postion and give us a good switch hitter

i think koch came in and had us all thinking he would be the best closer in the game and he struggled and now he feels the pressure and can't pitch as well..i think if we give him some time to find his old self he will start doing better

koch is just going through the same thing as konerko and maybe the second half he will show us the real koch..i dont think we should give up on him just yet but also since we are in a pennant race every game counts so we must be careful not to pitch him in a tough situation
