Robert swung at ball 8

Looking forward to Anderson's return.

That team looks terrible. They have two good starters, a good closer, and a bunch of injuries and question marks on offense. I can see Cleveland winning the division with ~90 wins again, and I can also see a 2-way race between Cleveland and Minnesota at ~.500. Maybe 3 way if the Sox overachieve.

Reminds me a little of Bellinger with the load and swing path

Yeah, that's what I mean with "BABIP gods". Swing at everything, make weak contact or hit grounders and hope for the best.

He might be right, and injuries aren't helping for sure. We're seeing a lot of the same baseball-stupid stuff we've seen since the second half of 2021, though, and I don't know if they can fix some of these guys. They don't walk, they don't have long at-bats, they're not selective, and they basically cross their fingers and hope the BABIP gods are on their side. That just doesn't work.

This is just a bad baseball team.

Burger has such an awkward swing but man does he hit the ball hard.

Sosa is never going to be an effective major league player with his current approach.

Banks in there to die... or have a 1-2-3 inning. Either way.

Eloy looks completely lost. The heck is going on with him

This is just an awful bullpen.

This team has too many "welp, the pitches we swung at weren't center cut meatballs so we only saw 5 pitches" innings.

I would like one person on the Sox to have an at-bat like Realmuto just did

This guy doesn't have enough material for a long inning. Yeesh.

Not a good throw by Grandal, but that was Trea Turner running so gonna be tough to throw him out no matter what.

Ok, score a couple more, or at least have some competitive at-bats...

Not Eloy though. What an AWFUL at-bat.

Sox are showing some patience right now at least. Couple long at bats last two innings

Benintendi power

I did not expect Lynn to be total garbage this year, but here we are.

Another bunch of noncompetitive pitches leading to a walk - The White Sox Way™

Grifol might not be good but no manager would look good when you have multiple guys with an ERA over 1000.

This team just sucks

The hell is with Bummer. Supposed to be an anchor and can’t even get an out.
