Here's my feeling on Ventura... 1- Ventura isn't going to embarrass himself as a person. 2- Reinsdorf loves the guy, and is in the inner-circle. 3- Hahn doesn't view the manager position as a huge difference in wins and losses. He's given information that the organization provides, and he's a good people person and deals with the media fine. So until Reinsdorf or Hahn are gone, it's true, Ventura has complete job security.
