Ain't that Wolfgang Puck? How darst you guys?
-
He was actually on the card to fight Mark Coleman. Yep, that's it.

You wreslted Mathew? Canadian wrestling does it right. Some tough seniors out of Canada too. I was at an open in November and London Western were there. The collegiant styles are different, as the US wrestles American Folkstyle and Canada wrestle Freestyle. That is awesome, I wish him luck.

I want some funny ass beer commercials!!!

Crack pipe. Yep, that's it. I can't see him being our fifth starter. He was supposed to be there two years ago. It didn't work out. I think he has to impress at ST, just like everyone else does. It is wide open. I hope that we can acquire a fourth starter before the season, and use Schoewenweis as the fifth starter. Who's Horlen?

Carolina Panthers 17, New England Patriots 7. MVP: Stephen Davis.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but Jameer Nelson has led St. Joseph's to a number three ranking. If they have a good run in the tourny, Nelson will win the Player of the Year Award. Even if they go undefeated, I would not be surprise if they ended up with a two seed in the tourny (although this year seems a down year all around, so I wouldn't be surprised with the getting a one seed).

Wisconsin, Purdue, State, Illinois, and IU will all be in the tourny. No question in my mind.

He is holding medals to give to the next placers. Looks like they waited until the end to give out the awards. They either wait till the end, or give out the awards between weights. I guarentee it is medals.

You would.

I must say, everyone here is still reeling from Bracey Wrights' performance. He was impressive. That is a huge win for the Aggies though. If State can keep this up, the turning point of the season would easily be Maurice Ager hitting that game-tying three-pointer vs Minnesota. I have seen State wear the jerseys that they wore today before. I was super disappointed. I was looking forward to seeing some cool retro stuff. Izzo looked like a goof IMO.

I'm going to go with five sets here with Federer winning.

I went to school with the son and daughter of the dude who wrote that. He was a member of Survivor. The son is a fresh in college this year, the daughter is a senior in high school. I knew them both okay.

I didn't see State's bench when I made that comment...looks like those are IU's normal warmups. Wow. I forgot they had those. This is a good game for the Ags. Hope we can keep the momentum up.

You have to feel for Jacko though, he's not allowed to be friends with R. Kelly (seriously, a judge said so). Link

Like it's super cool that State and IU are wearing retro stuff...but those are the two wrong teams to have wear them. The warmups are cool -- but the uniforms look pretty similar to the ones that each team wears already. Especially IU.

One man basketball teams? Also, give him credit...Cubssuck1 did win a tournament with Keyshawn Johnson in it.

Oh yeah, Heads, I asked one time but ya never answered. How is it your from Iowa but you don't wrestle?

26-6 IIRC. Two of the Cyclones top wrestlers each loss (Roberson, ranked 2nd at 133...smaller Paulson, ranked 2nd at 149). Roberson lost to 2x defending 133 national champion Johnny Thompson (ranked 5th at 133). It sounded ugly from the summaries I heard. Johnny had been wrestling awful, but he can turn it on at anytime. Grant Nakamura (ranked 15th at 125) sounded just plain awful. Bigger Paulson got beat up by Hendricks (ranked 8th at 157) 7-1. Okie State could have national champs at 165 (Lewis ranked 2nd), 174 (Pendleton ranked 1st), and 184 (Rosholt ranked 1st, defending champ); so those matches are givens. Both 197 and 285 are weak spots for each team. Okie State's HWT Grunwald (ranked 16th at 285) gets a ton of heat for not being able to step it up (our HWT pinned him; Mike Keenan, ranked 18th at 285). Gallick was the only top wrestler to win. He barely beat Ronnie Delk (ranked 18th at 141). Gallick will be ranked 2nd next week. He upset Teyon Ware yesterday in a huge match. Ware was national champ last season. First loss for Ware this season. Delk got b****ed bad by my team's 141 pounder, Andy Simmons (ranked 8th at 141). I assume Gallick was coming off his high from beating Ware though. 141 is stacked this season. ISU has had a lot of injuries lately though, in the last month or so. All I know is, I can't wait to see Moline's AJ Lavender in the Cyclone lineup in the next few years. Should be a starter after next season. He wrestled on Team Illinois with me.

I wanted GT to beat Duke. I like this GT team...especially seeing how State can't do s*** this year. I must say, I am looking forward to the throwback game of State-IU. GO STATE!!!
-
Hey Heads...too bad that Iowa State got bottle fed today by Okie State in wrestling. Absolutly embarressed. All of the ISU studs got beat but one, most of them got beat up. Tough day for Iowa State wrestling.
