  1. QUOTE (Knuckles @ Apr 18, 2014 -> 08:33 PM) Unless youre working in an office in the middle of Texas and everyone is laughing at you ;( Do that many people in Texas even care about baseball?
  2. QUOTE (Marty34 @ Apr 18, 2014 -> 08:26 PM) You're ok with Abreu? He has been in the majors for 3 weeks. You don't have to be sold on him, but I don't see how you can write him off already.
  3. QUOTE (Soxfest @ Apr 18, 2014 -> 08:24 PM) Sox offense really cooled since Avi went down........DeAza automatic out. That De Aza two homer game seems sooooooo long ago
  4. QUOTE (Marty34 @ Apr 18, 2014 -> 08:18 PM) Downs, Bellisario. Yes, his bullpen signings suck so far, but neither of those guys were gonna be around for the next Sox playoff team anyway. Eaton, Abreu, Davison are the offseason transactions that matter. Not the makeshift bullpen on a losing Club.
  5. QUOTE (Marty34 @ Apr 18, 2014 -> 08:13 PM) Not sold on either one of them yet. But the lottery ticket fifth starter ruins the entire offseason. Hey, if you got an agenda, gotta stick with it all the way.
  6. QUOTE (Marty34 @ Apr 18, 2014 -> 08:08 PM) Early returns on Hahn's offseason pretty bad. Totally. That young leadoff hitter he traded for and first basemen he signed are so awful.
  7. Now I remember why I stacked Rangers in my daily fantasy lineup. (Yes, nobody cares)
  8. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Apr 17, 2014 -> 11:36 PM) Pretty weak. Whatever. Trading for Steve f***ing Ott is gonna cause more problems than Ryan Miller.
  9. Avalanche tie it with 13 seconds left. Playoff hockey is the s***
  10. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Apr 17, 2014 -> 07:58 PM) When did Ryan Miller start sucking at goaltending? Good news for the Hawks Ever since I posted this, Miller has been solid, my bad. 90 seconds left on CNBC 266 Colorado vs Minnesota
  11. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Apr 17, 2014 -> 10:56 PM) Well there goes our captain. They have been targeting his shoulder. And there's another DOG, missed by the refs this time.
  12. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Apr 17, 2014 -> 10:22 PM) Why am I seeing f***ing commercials. I had just told my wife how nice it was there were no commercial breaks during overtime.
  13. QUOTE (greg775 @ Apr 17, 2014 -> 10:14 PM) That's what I'm so mad about. The Sox elected to forfeit the game basically in the 14th by bringing in a guy you could hit. Even Stoney said this is the time a starter has to volunteer to pitch for the good of the team. Game 3 of the World Series vs. game 14 of a 162 game season for a rebuilding team Felipe Paulino vs. Mark Buehrle It's really that simple to understand
  14. QUOTE (Chet Kincaid @ Apr 17, 2014 -> 10:02 PM) Man it pisses me off when I hear so many fans cheer for the opposing teams at the Cell. GTFOH. I guess it's better than no fans cheering at all
  15. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Apr 17, 2014 -> 09:44 PM) At least we are awesome in OT Law of averages, we are due
  16. Just glanced at the box score, 127 pitches for Sale?
  17. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Apr 17, 2014 -> 09:25 PM) Rather have Morin over Versteeg. Rather have anybody over Handzus
  18. QUOTE (beautox @ Apr 17, 2014 -> 08:28 PM) Again I can't stress how great it is having Paul Konerko shows the young core how to shrug his shoulders and pop up on a first pitch, Eaton and Semien I'm sure were taking notes.
  19. When did Ryan Miller start sucking at goaltending? Good news for the Hawks
  20. QUOTE (chw42 @ Apr 17, 2014 -> 03:02 PM) It might be a hardware issue. Yeah, I believe there is an antenna that controls both functions, I bet it's shot. Sometime Soon I will get on the horn with tech support and confirm, thanks for the suggestions.
  21. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Apr 17, 2014 -> 05:19 PM) First big non-od crowd of the year and you're not going to play the player that everyone's going to want to see and might attract that crowd back later on? Lame Ventura. You are giving the average Sox fan too much credit, they just want to chant "PAU-LIE"
  22. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Apr 17, 2014 -> 04:37 PM) No Oshie, huge, also no Berglund. Their 3rd and 4th lines are severely lacking. "No Oshie is important if it goes to penalty shots tonight" - High school girl in Crawford shirt
  23. QUOTE (Thad Bosley @ Apr 17, 2014 -> 01:34 PM) Comparing the attendance of the last 30 years to that of the previous 80 is damning with faint praise at best. The attendance of the past 30 years has still been quite pathetic for the most part, and in particular when you consider this is a large market we are talking about here. Fairly or not, the location has been maligned over the years, resulting in many people finding it to be somewhat undesirable; hence, attendance suppression. I don't see any other plausible reason to explain this chronic attendance problem for the South Side ballclub. Cubs attendance definitely increased as Wrigleyville went from undesirable to popular. By the same token, a bad neighborhood has never stopped the Bulls & Hawks from selling tickets. (Other factors led to the Hawks down period)
  24. QUOTE (chw42 @ Apr 15, 2014 -> 11:59 PM) Hmm, so it did re-install the OS yet you still can't get your toggles to work. It could be an app you installed that's possibly screwing with it, but I don't think that's all that likely. Does your bluetooth just not come on at all when you use the toggle? Or does it come on when you set it in the settings menu? I also download the newest Android system 4.4 via Kies, like the other poster suggested, still the same problem. If I go to the settings menu and try to turn on Bluetooth. I press ON, it says "Turning on Bluetooth..." for about 20 seconds with the ON button dimmed, then it switches back to OFF. Same thing with Wi-Fi, but there it doesn't even say it's looking for networks, just switches off after 10-15 seconds.
