I have a Samsung Galaxy s4. Recently my wi-fi and bluetooth both stopped working. When I press either button, they turn a dim light green for a few seconds, then it just shuts off. I have tried to Google a solution, but I don't even understand half these suggestions. Anybody have any advice as to how I might be able to fix this problem? Would a factory reset do the trick?
