I am planning on selling an old van to a friend. On the back of the title, there is a spot where we can transfer ownership to another person. Is that all that needs to be done or do I need to somehow notify the state or send them some kind of information?

Well tonight worked out as badly as possible, DAL & CGY won, but the playoff spot is still well within reach. Just gotta get 4 or 5 points this week in the 4 games.
