Hope and pray for wild pitch offense I guess

Here comes Pollock to end the rally.

That was a hanging cutter and Engel missed it.

That sure looked like a pitch around.

Cleveland usually plays like shit against any good team out of the Central. They just seem to have our number.

SELL SELL SELL The loss tomorrow will cement it.

You think they use Clase twice in one day?

The Guardians definitely caught on that we liked throwing them high fastballs with 2 strikes...

Lopez's velocity is down quite a bit this outing.

lmao...

A lot of guys on Cleveland just feast off our pitching. It's not like they're doing this against everyone else.

He had Kwan struck out too...

Every hit is on a fastball out of the zone this inning.

Yeah cause he never should have taken Lynn out. Lopez should have been the first guy out of the bullpen, not Ruiz.

He'll tell you how Ruiz has been good recently...but the guy pretty much never pitches in a close game.

TLR tried to buy an inning with Ruiz when he could have just thrown Lance out there again. Now Reylo probably has to go 2 innings and you'll need to use Kelly to close this game out.

Right. Had they had the A team bullpen in this game, I wouldn't really mind it.

Never pitch Ruiz in a high leverage situation. He pretty much always disappoints.

87 pitches and he wasn't really having trouble. You at least give him a batter in the 7th.

Why did they take Lynn out?

Pollock finally manages to stay mostly healthy this year, but he's absolutely awful. Figures.

MLB changing the ball this year totally ruined the Sox's entire hitting approach. Just like how the sticky ban probably helped make Lynn, Giolito, and Keuchel way less effective.

Or maybe get him to pull the ball

Isn't it the umpire's job to clear the bat?

Sure looked that way
