  1. I'm so glad Love is getting exposed. Seemed like the general consensus was he was gonna be the next HOF QB for the Packers after the first 2 weeks. Turns out NFL teams won't just let you throw screens for TDs forever.
  2. Dave Roberts has to get fired if the Dodgers lose this series right?
  3. O's really won 100+ games just to lose big in the ALDS.
  4. Lynn is probably gonna start game 3 for them. The Dodgers' starting pitching is a mess.
  5. Man Harper is still only 30. Thanks for not even considering him Jerry.
  6. Well now I think we can haha
  7. Atlanta looked super rusty. Baltimore didn't look great either. Both had very favorable pitching matchups and lost.
  8. The bye really hasn't been doing most of the teams any favors so far.
  9. On first look, I thought it was a bad throw, but at the same time, it was so high the defender had no chance to pick it off. Watching QB School's breakdown of the game last night, Fields still struggles with the timing on those hitch/come back routes. He's just slightly late on them because he does this weird stutter step when he already has his back foot in the ground. If he just rips it without that split second hesitation, he wouldn't need Moore to get like 3-4 yards of separation on those routes. Because not every WR can separate like Moore.
  10. Yeah his track record in the 4th quarter and close is not good. When the defense tightens up and the situation takes away things he's comfortable with, he has to be better.
  11. A little of both. Washington's defense is very overrated. Their defensive line has a bunch of high draft picks, but I don't think they play great as a unit. Their defensive backs are really bad, as we saw last night. Denver is Denver. The offense looks different. The play calling is different. I think Getsy realized that Fields does not do well on throws down the middle. We saw his hesitation to throw the deep ins the first 2 games. They were wide open and he straight up just did not throw them. So these last 2 games has seen a lot of throws to the sidelines. When you have a young QB who is not good at anticipation throws, the last thing you want him to do is to throw it between 3 zones in the middle of the field. There's also been way more designed runs, which is something that was basically non-existent the first 2 weeks and something you have to make the opposing defense at least prepare for. Lastly, they finally started doing the tush push on 3rd/4th and shorts and it worked every time last night. No more stupid Kmet sneaks. No more runs out of shotgun. The lack of execution on those short yardage situations might have cost the Bears at least a game, so it's good they finally adapted to what the whole league has been doing. The thing is that the upcoming schedule has a lot of bad defenses. So there's a chance Fields comes out of this 4 week stretch with some good numbers.
  12. Claypool really was that big of a cancer, huh? Dude singlehandedly ruined this offense the first 3 games of the season. Once again, Poles, masterclass trade.
  13. Moore has bailed Fields a couple of times this 2nd half. What a night for him.
  14. Moore has a TD there if the refs didn't blow it dead. Of course we don't even get a replay if he stepped out or not.
  15. Offense is lost without a RB after the Herbert injury. How are you gonna just gonna have 2 RBs active?
  16. His numbers should be even better. He made 2 pretty good throws to Mooney that he couldn't haul in.
  17. Weirdly enough, Howell actually looked pretty good last week against a good Eagles D.
  18. He's also gotten really good protection today. They've kept him clean on a vast majority of the snaps. Having Jenkins back is making a big difference right now.
  19. Haha, how are we gonna blow this one?
  20. I still think Marshall is better.
  21. It's looking like we're gonna get all sweeps in the WC round.
  22. Damn, we might not be able to make fun of the Twins anymore for not winning a playoff game in almost 2 decades.
  23. Edmunds is a good linebacker but no linebacker will look good if the front 4 gets no pressure and doesn't do its job in the run game. It's why I was confused why they went after the LBs in FA before the defensive linemen.
  24. Nice long tweet about how the Broncos adjusted after the first half against Fields. TLDR: Fields struggled against zone coverage in the first 3 games. Broncos ran match/man the entire first half which is why Fields carved them up. Then they switched to more zone coverage and Fields stopped getting his chunk plays and had to check down more.
  25. I watched almost every game in the 3 previous seasons. I watched maybe 1/3 of the games this year and a lot of those were before I figured out this team was gonna be absolute ass. Nobody wants to watch bad baseball. It's really not worth the time.
