  1. First half 2008 Linebrink was really really good.
  2. Nice recovery by Graveman. Need to win this one if we're gonna burn the best bullpen arms today. Although we probably won't need em tomorrow with Lynn pitching.
  3. Graveman was Linebrink-bad after the ASG last year.
  4. If Graveman can't get Maldonado out, he's not getting the top of the lineup out.
  5. He wasn't their closer, he was their setup guy. He was the closer for Seattle.
  6. We got lucky that it didn't leave and Maldonado can't run.
  7. For real, a wild pitch by a reliever is probably the worst way to earn an L by a starter.
  8. I don't think Grandal hit a single ball over 400 feet last year from the left side.
  9. Makes the Moncada decision look even dumber
  10. He was out. It was closer than I thought but still out.
  11. Tony would never. But you can't baseball stupid players.
  12. Why would you go for third there with nobody out? Fucking dumb
  13. It's Bummer's sequencing that always fucks him over. He is nasty but he can't control his pitches. He'll walk a guy, wild pitch here or there, give up a bullshit hit when the opponent does make contact, and before you know it he blew the game while striking out 3 guys while walking 1 with 1 hit.
  14. Cease is gonna lose this after retiring 19 straight...
  15. The difference between the Astros and us? The Astros probably score with the bases loaded.
  16. Yeah you gotta go after him with your best pitch. Not your 3rd best.
