Afternoon camp was open to the press today, so here is a list of guys we know are excused from camp or are not yet accounted for: Infielders (2): Cuthbert & Moncada Outfielders (1): Engel Starters (1): Kopech Relievers (9): Anderson, Detwiler, Fry, Fulmer, Guerrero, Heuer, Johnson, Marshall, & Ruiz The only name that really stands out to me other Moncada is Engel. Otherwise, the second player has to be a reliever as all the other position players and starters have shown up in camp.

Doesn’t Bauer want to go year to year? If so, that might be right up our alley.

This process also just started though and over a holiday weekend to boot. I think the testing operations will be much smoother going forward and if not then the season should be cancelled. Playing through this shit only works if testing is on point.

I think it’s too early to single out Madrigal yet, given that most of the non-starters haven’t been seen just yet and are likely in the afternoon group that the media doesn’t have access to. I still haven’t seen McCann who seems to be the next biggest name after Moncada and Collins was practice with the morning group for some reason...

How long does a phone order take with 70 items in it? Where does the grocery store stock all the items that need to be refrigerated or frozen and are awaiting pickup? Those are only two simple questions that would need to be addressed, but operationally what you’re suggesting would be a huge challenge to execute for all of America.

To me, indoor restaurants / bars are the biggest problem. Zero reason those should be open to the public right now (outside of carry-out / delivery) and the government should use its resources to take care of the companies, small business owners, & employees impacted in those industries. I think with that simple change along with making masks mandatory you’d see a world of a difference in the trajectory of this thing.

There definitely is a plan, try to ignore it and hope that America is dumb enough to re-elect Trump.
