Not sure I follow. Reinsdorf pretty much spends against the cap every year except when they’re rebuilding. And my post had nothing about being good or bad.

While I agree they should shut their mouths for the most part, they’re also protecting their owner of a privately owned sports franchise. They don’t need to play by the same rules that most companies do.
