Cease is a monster

Dammit

Need the old Yaz here

A 3 run bomb would be nice right now

I’m not giving Giolito anything at the moment. He’s been too on and off. Sox dodged a bullet there. If you are going to back up the brinks truck for any of these guys Dylan has to be the guy

Tired legs

Give Cease all the money……lock him up now.

Anderson Vaughn Benintendi Jimenez Robert Moncada Grandal Andrus Gonzalez Benintendi should not bat 3rd but Grifol has thrown him in that spot all spring training long. Colas won’t play, I think they strongly hinted at that today saying he would play a lot this season but not decided on tomorrow just yet.

I need 135-140 games out of the kid. No expectations set on the guy except to stay healthy and play. Expectations are low as every prospect the Sox run out there seems not able to make it an entire season to show what they can do (Eloy, Robert, etc)

Sooo when does this game thread turn into a s%*# show ? let me say it before @fathomdoes….Fire everyone Time to get the fanboy out of me….Colas bomb incoming game one

Hawk was one of the main reasons I became a Sox fan. Growing up listening to his calls were so contagious. The GOAT, he made watching the games so easy. Even with how good Jason is he cannot touch what Hawk brought to this team.

He definitely couldn’t judge whether the ball was going to be a routine fly out and a ball leaving the park. As much as I miss hearing his calls it was time to call it a career.

They could name the bathrooms after him!

It’s guaranteed. He will be placed on waivers. No one will touch him until he clears. Then once he clears he will sign with someone for League minimum and the Sox will still be on the hook for paying him.

You know what would solve this problem….not spending your money on a bunch of tier2/tier3 level players and actually signing stars instead of trying to bargain shop

Of course he does

Who then?

It started before Tony with Ricky’s obsession with him. TLR just took it to a whole other level

Good for him. As long as it’s not the Sox I’m good

Bump

Best. News. Ever.

Let’s speak this into existence already

To think the Sox were trying to acquire him a couple seasons ago….why can’t we acquire good things ugh ?

Rumor has it they can opt out of their minor league deals or at least Billy can and sign with another team if he doesn’t make the roster. Unsure of Marisnick or Hanser. Reyes was already sent down from camp.

Leury was a butcher in CF, remember how shallow he would play and could never get back to a ball hit towards the warning track. He definitely wasn’t good in RF either.
