  1. QUOTE (Caesar @ Jul 31, 2012 -> 09:12 PM) Ive never seen pitchers give runs back the next inning like this teams pitchers. Tank saves the day for now. Oh gawwwwwwd! Give me a break.
  2. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jul 30, 2012 -> 07:24 PM) Man this is a slow moving inning It just picked up a bit!
  3. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jul 23, 2012 -> 10:05 PM) One game at a time..one game at a time. That seems like the appropriate pace to get this thing done!
  4. I've been watching the entire game on ESPN, and the camera shots they've featured throughout the game of a PACKED U.S. Cellular Field have been great. Really nice to see!
  5. QUOTE (G&T @ Jul 4, 2012 -> 08:43 PM) That's an awfully frustrating K. You can't take that pitch in that situation. Your #3 hitter cannot take that pitch, period. Adam is strange that way because he always seems to do so in these types of situations.
  6. Perhaps we learned a trick or two from the Dodgers last weekend of late inning comebacks fitting of a first place team.
  7. QUOTE (southsideirish71 @ Jun 19, 2012 -> 09:01 PM) So per the Norm, Hawk takes crappy pitcher who shuts us down and makes a comparison. Wood reminds him of CJ Wilson. Lmao His performance tonight reminded him of what he's often seen out of Wilson. Fair observation to make.
  8. QUOTE (TaylorStSox @ Jun 15, 2012 -> 11:05 PM) I've hated him ever since he threw the elbow at Frank at the Metrodome. I don't like him so it forces me to be way more objective. I'm happy when he does well, it helps the Sox, but he's a lazy, s*** talking SOB. He plays the most physically demanding position on the field, and plays it more often than any of us his peers. Hardly the resume of a "lazy" player.
  9. QUOTE (TaylorStSox @ Jun 15, 2012 -> 11:02 PM) People call Rios lazy. He's not lazy, he's dumb. There's a huge difference. AJ's not dumb, he's just f***ing lazy. You are 0-for-2 in that assessment
  10. QUOTE (iamshack @ Jun 15, 2012 -> 08:20 PM) Listening to Scully call our game is pretty great. I am as well. He's really something else. The ultimate one man show!
  11. QUOTE (elrockinMT @ Jun 8, 2012 -> 08:53 PM) Why was Danks in for Viciedo? I just checked in to see what was happening on gameday Both of Tank's hammies tightened up on him.
  12. QUOTE (greg775 @ May 31, 2012 -> 09:42 PM) For the life of me I can't understand how a Sox fan could criticize Hawk. He's so good and such a legend I just don't get it. Must be something about being a Sox fan even after winning the WS. Hawk to me is beyond criticism. His eruption over that s***ty ump's call was LEGENDARY! Hawk should be off limits in regard to criticism. It's in bad taste IMO. +1 Nicely put, greg. Couldn't agree more.
  13. I would really, really, really, really - say, did I say "really" yet? - be interested in getting the reaction of that d-bag, so-called anonymous "scout" from back in the spring who got the media in a frenzy with his flimsy "ohhhhh, they just might lose 100 games" prediction. I should hope that genius never finds himself in the employ of our White Sox!
  14. Top o'the heap in the AL Central! HELL YES!!!
  15. QUOTE (iamshack @ May 29, 2012 -> 07:31 PM) John Madden.
  16. QUOTE (Baron @ May 29, 2012 -> 07:19 PM) This Rays lineup is really bad. Its a miracle they got where they are so far. Well, in their defense, they don't have to play us all of the time. They get to feast on those AL East teams more often than not!
  17. It just seems like there has been more to enjoy about this team through this point this year than there was the entire year last year.
  18. QUOTE (iamshack @ May 23, 2012 -> 06:53 PM) Does anyone actually like the AT&T U-Verse Multiview? No. It does not enhance my viewing pleasure one bit.
  19. FWIW: The Hawk signed a four-year contract extension last fall, so it'll be awhile 'fore "HE GONE!".
  20. QUOTE (ROC Sox Fan @ May 22, 2012 -> 05:39 PM) Maybe it's because I watch out of market, but I don't want Hawk gone until he gone. It's like getting to watch every Sox game with a fellow fan. Hawk makes me smile, he makes me laugh, he makes me angry, he's made me cry. It's going to being strange one day to have White Sox baseball without the Hawk. Thad Bosley likes this.
