Sign me some Ellsbury for CF and lead off, Tank to 1st, Semien at SS and shop Santiago and Rios for a 3rd baseman and some salary relief LF - De Aza CF - Ellsbury RF - Garcia 1B - Tank 2B - Beckham 3b - Trade/FA C - Phegley SS - Semien Sale, Q, Johnson, Danks and Rienzo starting

He worked fast and he looks like he can get some strike outs, but I don't think he will be more than a middle rotation type starter, that said I like his approach on the mound and his curve was nasty. I think he will stick in the majors and log a couple 200 inning seasons as a Gavin Floyd type.

All I want in free agency is Jacoby Ellsbury

I do not like Rick Hahn.

Hahn is probably going to keep these guys to ensure we keep losing and snag that #1 pick, we won Peavy's 2 starts since he returned from the DL so he had to go.

If the White Sox truly refuse to send any money then they are sending a giant middle finger to the fans.

Its unfortunate that his time here was marred with so many injuries, but Jake brought the intensity to the mound that made every start fun to watch, good luck in Boston, Jake

Well, I'm glad we have our new starting right fielder and that he was actually a highly rated prospect, I'm sure he would be our #1 guy if we made a list today and I feel like that + cash saved for other deals really makes this the best value possible for Peavy, in that it may make our returns better in other deals. So here's to Avisail or whatever the hell it is raking in Chicago and the other old dude's turning into awesome young prospects. Yay

REALLY hope this gives them the flexibility to add cash in other deals IE Rios and Alexei. That would make it worth it along with Garcia who looks legit. I approve of this trade after consideration.

If Hahn uses the PV money to trade Alexei and Rios for good things then this is acceptable but otherwise I might rip my dick off and throw it in the river
