  1. IMO, accumulating SP depth is the best way to run your system. You have excess talent at 1B, and maybe your market is 3-4 teams. You have excess talent at SP, your market is just about everybody, so you get better returns in your trades.
  2. Either one of those would be a fantastic piece for the Sox. I really hope it's one of those two. Not sure either really fits bucket's description though.
  3. It's a very unique wall cling because it's actual thickness.
  4. "might be" carries a very wide probability range. I could say I "might be" fat and I "might be" sleeping with Kate Upton tonight, yet the likelihoods of both statements are vastly different.
  5. Normally no team is taking a LB #2, but there is not a franchise QB in this draft, so it's at least possible.
  6. Did anybody watch the 30 for 30 movie 'You Don't Know Bo' Saturday night? I recorded it, but because the Heisman presentation ran over by 8 minutes, I didn't have the last 8 minutes of the movie, and that was right at the part where Bo started playing for the Sox. Just wondering what all was said/shown about his season with the Sox.
  7. My Dad grew up in Indiana where he could get Sox, Cubs, and Reds games on the radio. Because the Yankees were so popular, he started listening to Sox games because they were the AL team and grew into being a Sox fan, and I inherited it from him.
  8. The Saints defense gave up over 50 points to the Giants. It's almost like they don't have the same "incentive" to get after the quarterback anymore.
  9. This is true. Even though baseball is a team sport, each player's performance is actually not very dependent on the performance of teammates. In football, it's pretty clear that, for example, the performance of Jay Cutler and Matt Forte suffer horribly because of a s***ty offensive line.
  10. They don't even need to pay anybody. Every NFL team has a 24/7 security office that can be called and will arrange a ride home for a player.
  11. That's a bad sign for the Big 12 when a coach leaves for the Big East.
  12. Can't help you with UPS, but can help you look for a place to live and get acquainted with Louisville if you do land the job. Good luck!
  13. I'm going to wait until their 10th fight and then catch that one.
  14. If ESPN ever actually manages to say anything interesting in their insider articles, it gets a mention on mlbtraderumors.com, so no need to shell out the cash.
  15. Checking around to see what he can get for Rios is a good idea for Hahn anyway. I was just pointing out that as unlikely as it is that Hamilton is signed, it's far more unlikely that Hamilton is signed AND Rios stays.
  16. Even in today's "liberated" society, most women still expect the guy to initiate the major relationship moves, so yeah, I can definitely see how she took it as a bad sign when he renewed his lease without discussing it with her.
  17. I don't think it's ever happening, but if the Sox did sign Hamilton, they pretty much have to move Rios' salary.
  18. That would explain why he turned down the Colorado and Purdue jobs.
  19. Word in South Bend is that Diaco may pass on opportunities this year because the job he really wants is Iowa and one more awful year by Ferentz may open up that job.
  20. This is very true. Before I was married, the only women I would look at had big tits and were a size 10 or up. I wouldn't give a second glance to a petite woman. Now that I've been married for almost ten years, I seem to notice the size 4-6 women more and more. I've managed to limit it to just "noticing" them, but it's pretty clear that no matter what you have regularly, your hormones start craving something different.
  21. Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits are great anytime. There are times when I want breakfast food after 10:30 and I'm pissed that everyplace has stopped selling breakfast.
