I'm getting close to buying a Meidroth jerseyWell think of what he was trying to do in basketball. Attempting to throw as much money around as possible to get players but there's constraints in basketball that just don't let you do that. Unless MLB is implementing a salary cap anytime soon we could see them in a whole new section of the free agent market in short order.NBA has a salary cap. MLB doesn't.
