  3. Well I guess you can put it on the board
  4. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 22, 2012 -> 08:46 PM) Just tuning in. WTF happened? Bad Gavin showed up again
  5. Gavin just didnt have it tonight How many times have we said that so far this year? Its either Gavin is on fire or his completely puts us out of the game
  6. Seriously is Gavin this mentally weak? Im tired of this
  7. It would have been nice if Gavin didnt give up 4 runs in the 2nd
  8. QUOTE (iamshack @ May 22, 2012 -> 07:45 PM) Come on zfloyd...get your s*** together Floyd cant get his **** together when he is pitching like this
  9. Hey Gavin how about throwing a strike for christ sakes?
  10. Why is it everytime I watch Gavin he is getting shelled? Im tired of this
  11. QUOTE (JoshPR @ May 22, 2012 -> 04:59 PM) I like Stacey king, gives a lil chuckle to the broadcast. I rather have hawk his passion is great, we could have Len kasper or chip Carey or Joe buck or mccarver Trust me Stacey King is one of my favorites to listen to. The best games are when Scal comes in and scores. Stacey goes nuts.
  12. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ May 22, 2012 -> 04:57 PM) I don't even know that the dull as bleep guys know the game all that well. I certainly don't hear as many good stories with those guys as I get with the extreme homer guy. The Cleveland guys were talking about Viciedo for a little bit. Seemed like they knew a bunch about him. But other than that it was dull.
  13. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ May 22, 2012 -> 04:54 PM) That's the real problem. We've seen how much "New guys" have struggled when brought in, not just to the Sox (Singleton, DJ) but elsewhere around baseball. There's really no balance that seems to keep everyone happy outside of "Vin Scully". Yeah it either seems you get the extreme homer or the guy who knows the game as well as anyone but is dull as ****.
  14. Im just wondering who is going to replace Hawk then? Any names?
  15. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ May 22, 2012 -> 04:46 PM) I see what you are trying to do. I commend you, you are trying really really hard, but for the good of everyone you can stop now.
  16. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ May 22, 2012 -> 04:41 PM) What in the f***? this reply makes negative sense given your position just a few posts ago. Get a grip! I said thank you for explaining basketball and baseball to me. I honestly didnt know how they were played 2 seconds before you posted that.
  17. Getting rid of someone fine...the question is who do you replace him with?
  18. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ May 22, 2012 -> 04:37 PM) No, I get it, I totally get it. I Just have a different idea of what a quality play by play guy should bring, and it should be more than catch phrases. Also, Stacey at least references players who played the last two decades. I also grew a bit tired of Stacey's schtick this year because it was clear he was piling on the catch phrases ad nauseum right around when he was launching his new t-shirt line. Oh yeah, did I mention Hawk is the play by play guy? Because that was the point that you have missed here. Sorry you didn't understand that. Also, NBA Basketball is inherently faster moving and more entertaining in a moment by moment basis. Baseball requires analysis and conversation that is engaging, and Hawk rarely if ever provides anything other than catch phrases and references to dinosaurs. I apologize for offending your inner meatball, however. Wow thank you for telling me what I already know and write on constantly.
  19. It seems to me listening to other networks on MLB TV you have to have one or the other. I was listening to the Indian's broadcast. Most boring broadcasters on this planet.
