The best argument is the "People need to pay attention" argument. People buy concession. The beer guy sells in the "pay attention" seats. They can stop selling in those areas or they can extend the nets so everyone is safer and no one notices.

Because they took the World Series 2005 team and added Jim Thome and started the season on a tear. You win and you get recognition. in the MLB, that means continuous playoff appearances.

IIRC, White Sox won their 33rd game on July 15th last year.

Doesn't mean you need to be a dark cloud. Enjoy what looks like a very special season developing.
