Pace has had 2 chances at QB (arguably 3) & 2 chances at TE, both times failed. He knows defense and that's it. He has traded up 4 times for offensive talent and none of the 4 look better than "decent." If this year finishes with 7 or 8 wins, everyone needs to go. I'm not trying to channel my inner @Jack Parkman here but they need to keep taking swings at a FO who can develop an offense. So far, these idiots have been given 6 years and they still suck
