Free Agents the Sox should persue
Please, no more position players. Manuel has enough bodies to tinker with.

MB story
The only people who know is Williams and Buehrles' camp. When one side calls the other a liar in public, I'll care. Until then this is totally stupid.
-
Dustin Hermanson
This is why LDF is my guy. Every guy that signs elsewhere is a guy that we should've got. We'd have the biggest roster in the history of the game.
-
Pete Rose and the Hall
Why people make a big deal about this is beyond me. If Rose gets in fine, if he doesn't fine. I'm not going to put my head in the oven if he gets in like some people. The hall of fame is a total joke anyway.

I don't really care if Williams lied or he didn't. Buehrle turned whatever deal it was down.
-
Jose Cruz
They'll need Lee for next year when Frank leaves.

Rumor! Rumor! Rumor!
Alomar is here to. So I-Rod and Sandy would be your team.

MB story
Kevin Millwood gets 10 million in arbitration, Maddux is looking for 16, and Buehrle is supposed to take 5 million? All he needs is one more good year, and he's in shape for a huge pay day.

Sox Salaries Article
Nice to see the salaries from last year.

bulls lose
Why was Ol' Busta ass Corrie Blunt on the floor? Cartwright should've had Chandler in there to grab a board in the 2nd OT.

I don't think we are giving KW enough credit
This whole topic is pissing me off. Kenny made a good deal. He got a big time pitcher to go with Mark. Great. If the Sox win in 2003, he'll get the kudos at that time. Right now he's set the table, but the players have to do the rest.

Flash Gordon
I want more of Bruce Kimm, I want to hear every word he has to say.

Best Outfields in Baseball
Well, when you have a strong arm you want to show it off. Which is why he never hit the cut-off man. However, his arm was awful in the second half last year, they should move him to left field.

the vote on the all-star game
The owners approved it, but the Players Association still has the final say. Yeah, and what manager in his right mind would want to play the good players in an All-Star Game? I don't know about you, but I watch for the s***ty players. If they do adopt this rule, then they should get rid of the every team has to have a player rule.

eddy curry
Jason, there is no Curry for Brown deal on the table. Sam Smith would like to see that happen, but no way.
-
Flash Gordon
Nothing really. He filed for arbitration, and the Twins are attempting to sign him long-term.

Best Outfields in Baseball
The Sox outfield can hit. Their defense outside of Ordonez is suspect. If you're talking just offense, the Sox are in the top 10. Looking at the whole package, they aren't. Ofcourse this is all going on the fact that Rowand is in CF. If it is Harris or Borchard different story.

So, how do the Sox stack up against the Twins?
True, but other guys had "career years" that stepped up for Radke and Mays. So if Radke and Mays comeback to form, we don't know if those players will have the same years. Fact of the matter is this, Sox have to hit. Buehrle and Colon have to stay healthy all year, and the Sox must beat the Twins in the head-to-head games. Those things happen, and it's the Sox walking out with the banner.

Flash Gordon
Red, I'm not wrong often ( ), and I think Gordon will be fine. If he isn't then he'll have to answer to Bruce Kimm!

Flash Gordon
Gordon, to Marte, to Koch.

So, how do the Sox stack up against the Twins?
The Sox always seems to have trouble with KC.

Commentary: A Big Piece Added, but Not the Last
Oh, well, I'm sure I will still disagree.
-
The ex-factor in all of this
How is Colon going to react the first time Williams tips over the buffet table, and calls them b****es?
-
Just a question
I think all this lefty power bat need is total crap.

Commentary: A Big Piece Added, but Not the Last
Everyone always comes to the answer man! Boo-Yah! Anyway, I haven't made any season predictions. I'll will do so a few days before the pitchers and catchers report. I am 2-for-2 for those of you who haven't seen me in action.
