I couldn't even fathom something like this from a White Sox perspective. Konerko, Garland, Sweeney and one of those 10 pitchers they wanted. The Sox would have to give up Lee and/or another prospect just to get this other pitcher. Madness.

Cheat posted the link to what Rosenthal said about Johnson, this is just mind blowing to me. I thought it deserved it's own thread. If this is what they're asking, they are in for some trouble. EDIT: Stark said Johnson would be willing to go to the Angels or the Cardinals. St. Louis won't play this game either. I could see the Angels, but they're focused on Beltran.

Well, this is the time where Ozzie might be a factor. If Vasquez is traded he has the option of demanding a trade at the end of the 05' season, I can't see Texas wanting to make a deal and risk losing him, for sure the D-Backs won't take tht risk, the Sox have proven in the past they will take that risk.
