I'm rooting for KC to sweep............I would rather see minnesota out 7 then have gain ground on us. Reason being if minnesota sweeps Kc, or wins 2/3 then the central starts becoming a log jam ala NL Central. Every game starts to make a difference (not that they aren't now), and a loss could mean a jump from first to third. I would glady give up one game to KC if it means Minnesota is 7 games behind KC and 4 behind us.

lewis is one of those pitchers who goes out and throws his best s*** against us, but collapses against any other team. Dave Wills has a point, you dont beat the Rangers 3-1, you end up beating them 12-9. We need our guys to put runs often.........very often.

Alright, i know its easy for everyone to feel down about this loss. Im pissed off too; I know they played a terrible game. No offense cost us...........Jon Garland did what is expected of him, giving up 4 runs is nothing odd. I rather of lost the first three game and won this one, so atleast we go into Texas with momentum. Im optimistic with the Sox, just because winning 2/3 against Texas can maybe give us a game on KC (Who faces Minn). I wont think of the alternative. Same two teams next week at the cell, it would be great going back home atleast 1 game behind KC. I believe Sox will split the series tomorrow, and Jon Garland will throw one of the best games of his life. He's 1-3 with an ERA over 6 against Anaheim in his career. I only believe it because it shouldnt happen; just like Sox shouldnt be the Detroit Tigers b****, and KC shouldnt be beating Yankees 11-0. KC is idle tomorrow, so we can pick up half a game before their big MINN series.
