  1. MB pitched very well today, he's gotta forget about today's outcome and just come out and stay strong, just like everyone else on this team needs to show their proffesionalism and bounce back.
  2. as much as this loss bothers me, I'm slowly getting over it. The more I think about it, the more I feel better. We looked very solid for 8.5 innings, bring on wednesday!
  3. Wow, a game thread 2 days before the game, hey whatever helps right? I for one, think this is a must-win for the sox, we can't dig ourselves into deep hole going into yankee stadium, it just won't turn out good. E-lo needs to be outstanding and our bullpen needs to get their ass in gear.
  4. exactly what I'm thinking, it makes it THAT much harder to forget about the loss and move on. The sox better come out fired up on wed.

    Koch...

I agree with the others that said that this game wasn't koch's fault. He looked pretty solid, gave up one double, that's it. I'm going to wait before I flip out on billy.

  11. I DO believe this loss is a big deal, these kinds of wins/losses set the tone and momentum for the season. To lose like that is just terrible for a team's morale. Think of how MB's feeling right now, disgusted.
  12. Wow, was at my friend's house, working on a project. But I was able to catch the bot. of the 9th on tv, :puke My whole stomach just dropped after seeing all that. What the hell happened?

  20. Looks like I'll miss the first gamethread of the year but I'll have the game on the radio.
