Just got home and I have to say I am very happy with the news.

I haven't watched the new simpsons episodes in years, they are absolutely horrible, I stick with my season 1-3 dvd's.

But if we got rid of mags, what would we chant during the game?

Mags is our franchise player right now, I think we all saw what soriano does in the clutch, no way we trade mags.

I'm taking and hoping for ozzie, I believe he is exactly the kind of manager this team needs.

I rented it, like it alot. I played the 2k series the last couple of years and it looks like live has finally come back with a good game. I like live's gamplay better than 2k, it's much smoother. I'm still going to probably wait for march madness though, i'll have more fun with College bball.

Graff is a solid bench player and I would love for him to be back, as long as he doesn't want much contract-wise.

I, for one, am heavily rooting for Ozzie. The white sox haven't had much luck with 'experienced' managers before, why not take a chance? Ozzie is exactly the kind of manager this team needs, I hope KW and JR understand that.

I just rented NBA live, very nice game, i've gotten the 2k series before, but I'm thinking about buying this later. None of you guys are playing a franchise w/ just a regular team? I started one with the bulls, 2-0

even though alot of us are dissapointed, I have to say, I'm happy about how the sox at least tried to get him, then backed off at the right time. He's definitely not worth as much as he thinks he is. If we can go out and get another decent starter, I'll be happy.

In the NFL, the salary cap has led to the extinction of dynasties, I kind of like that.

God, I hate the yankees. How nice would it be to see the yanks fall flat on their ass if they sign a ton of these big name players.

I have to say i'm happy that frank's staying. If we can get a manager that will light a fire under his ass, he can become the powerhouse he is capable of being. The problem last year was that our entire team was built w/ "frank thomas players" big, slow, powerful. If we can get some speedy contact hitters around him, mags, c-lee, and paulie. It will be a nice summer next year.
